BCYP is seeking a seasoned Communications and Marketing Officer who will design and implement a strategy to boost BCYP’s brand and support the efforts of clinicians and researchers’ projects. Post: Communications and Marketing Officer

Responsible to: Director  

Salary: £27,344 FTE (Scale 6, point 18)

Actual Salary: £14,583.47 (20 hours pro rata)

Hours: Part time 20 hours (over 3 days per week) may include evenings

Holidays: 24 days pro rata per year plus public holidays

Pension: 5% employer + 3% employee

Fixed term contract: 12 months from date of start, continuation subject to funding.  

Main purpose of the post:

• To work with the Director and SLDAS Board of Trustees on the delivery of the charity's Communications strategy as we look to grow our portfolio and engagement with supporters. 

• This role will develop online and offline communications to maximise digital, marketing and media opportunities; in line with SLDAS Communications Strategy, Objectives and wider strategic objectives.

• This is a role that offers you real scope, challenge and reward and the chance to contribute and enhance an organisation supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

Communications & Events Officer

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable comms professional to deliver engaging communications and event support in both English and Cymraeg for DTA Wales and our Egin programme. We need someone who loves telling stories to convey the power of community action, and who excels at curating online and in-person events which support it.

We are seeking someone to provide administrative support for our Egin programme, and our DTA Wales Membership Services, with your time split 50/50 between the two areas of the organisation. The role will involve being a first point of contact for groups and individuals contacting us, and you will work closely with partners, mentors, facilitators, consultants and our members, as well as the wider DTA Wales staff team.
