Job description

Location: Home based in one of the following Local Authorities – East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Glasgow, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, and West Dunbartonshire

Salary: £24,000 per annum (pro rata)

Contract:  Full time, fixed term contract until 31 March 2022. This role is funded externally therefore if additional funding is secured, it may be extended.

Cycling UK, the UK cycling charity, is on a mission to inspire a million more people onto their bikes. This is a chance for you to drive change within this innovative and engaging organisation, working to better lives through cycling.

Shift is a fantastic initiative, focusing on supporting community organisations deliver behaviour change activities to enable people to swap the car for a cycle for everyday journeys. You will have the opportunity to use your excellent organisation and planning skills to coordinate Cycling UK’s Shift project across several local authorities in Scotland. Communication is key in this opening as you will be the first point of contact for participants, partners, and other stakeholders within their local authorities.
