Do you have a passion and drive for excellent customer engagement and communications?

At the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), we have an exciting opportunity for you to influence the CSP’s approach to engagement with our professional networks and associate network, helping to build a sense of belonging and community among network members. As the Network Engagement Officer, you will have the opportunity to influence and observe the impact of your work as you deliver innovative and dynamic communications to deepen and improve our relationship with our members.

The CSP has 30 expert clinical and professional networks that have a range of membership, including physiotherapists, students and support workers. In some instances, other professions working in the same clinical field are also included. We have a growing associate network specifically for our support worker members, and this group will benefit from the development you will be able to lead as their engagement officer.

You will be highly organised and able to work independently as well as within small and large groups or teams. You will create effective and sustainable methods of engagement, attend and speak at events both virtually and in-person, such as network sessions and internal team meetings. Annual conference attendance is also required. You will need to have the ability to work across different online platforms and develop effective engagement using a variety of communication methods.

For further knowledge and reading about the professional networks and associate network group, please visit our website.

Why work for the CSP?

The CSP is the professional, educational and trade union body for the UK's 65,000 chartered physiotherapists, physiotherapy students and support workers; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.

At the CSP, our goal is to create a culture characterised by innovation, respect, encouragement, passion and teamwork. We all strive for continuous improvement and to be the best at everything we do. We aspire to work in a way that embodies our values of learning, courage, inclusive and integrity. Our shared values are part of our organisational DNA, reflecting the expectations we have of ourselves and others. They guide what we do and how we do it, to have the greatest impact for our members.

We offer an excellent benefits package, including 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, Christmas office closure between 25 December to 01 January and generous pension scheme with 12% employer contribution.

To apply for the role please click on the ‘Apply online’ tab below and complete the online application form. CVs will not be accepted.

Closing date: 10am, 29 February 2024
