Job description

As a Volunteer Meeting Facilitator, you will support the facilitation and delivery of grief peer support meetings for the Charity. 

Do you believe in the power and impact of peer support for grievers? Have you been significantly bereaved and have the capacity to support the running of our peer support meetings?

We are seeking new facilitators across all of our meeting spaces, but particularly:

  • Good Grief (in person, London)
  • Good Grief (virtual)
  • Black & Brown Good Grief (virtual)
  • Queer Good Grief (virtual)
  • Partner Loss (virtual)
  • It's Complicated (virtual)

Training, resources and guidance are provided. 

Essential:  Time and capacity to commit to training and hosting meetings regularly. Bereavement lived experience relevant to the space you are interested in supporting.

Preferable:  Have attended our peer support meetings previously. This will be required before being accepted on training.
