In this brand-new role, you will take the lead on supporting our young carers, volunteer mentors, and partner schools—making a real, lasting difference in the community and to the young carers we support.
Our vision is for all young carers to flourish. Through long-term mentoring, group programmes, and our annual Aspirations Conference, we help young people succeed in education, build confidence, and unlock future opportunities. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic self-starter who is genuinely passionate about helping others thrive.
You’ll be right at the heart of our service delivery—whether you’re working directly with inspiring young people, empowering our volunteer mentors, or collaborating with the wider team on fundraising and events. Alongside being part of a supportive team, this role has a degree of autonomy, meaning you'll need the excellent organisational skills to manage your own day, the interpersonal spark to build strong relationships, and the flexibility for evening work.

Epsom, Surrey (Hybrid) | Full Time | £35,000 per annum
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious charity that provides life-changing support to people affected by cancer across the UK.
They are looking for a relationship-focused fundraiser to help drive the growth of their corporate partnerships programme. Working closely with the Director of Income Generation, Marketing and Communications, the successful candidate will support new business activity while managing and developing a portfolio of valued corporate partners.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of partners, create engaging partnership opportunities and contribute towards ambitious income growth plans. It would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent stewardship and helping corporate supporters maximise their impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of new corporate partnership opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate partners.
- Deliver excellent stewardship and relationship management.
- Create compelling partnership proposals and presentations.
What They're Looking For
- Experience building and managing external relationships.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships or account management would be advantageous.
- A genuine passion for supporting people affected by cancer.
The charity operates a hybrid working model, with regular attendance at their Epsom office and partner locations. Candidates should be based within London or the South East and able to travel as required.

Welcare is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced manager committed to supporting local families to lead and manage their Family Centre and Family Resilience service in Redhill.
The Family Centre is part of a local integrated system with a wide range of partners that builds family resilience in Surrey and seeks to improve life chances for the most vulnerable children.
You would manage a small, dedicated team of family support workers and have lead responsibility for supervising their work and ensuring delivery of our sub-contract with the YMCA.
Successful candidates will already have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
