This is an exciting brand-new position within our growing Public Fundraising team supporting on our Individual Giving, Community Fundraising and Sports & Challenges programme. NB. We do not expect you to have experience in all three areas (Individual Giving, Community Fundraising and Sports & Challenges).

This role will contribute to the delivery of our Public Fundraising activity, helping to maximise income and create a great supporter experience for both new and existing supporters.

You’ll project manage fundraising activities and supporter journeys from start to finish, delivering them on time and in line with annual plans and budget. You will analyse and evaluate activity so that we can inform future plans and support the annual planning of the team’s activity.

You’ll have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our supporters across a range of channels, including mail, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face. You will also be able to work collaboratively with the Communications, Corporate, and Digital Engagement teams on a variety of projects.

The LTA Tennis Foundation, the LTA's official charity, is in the exciting, early stages of their fundraising journey and we are looking to recruit our first Philanthropy Manager, to support the Fundraising Lead in delivering our plan, taking a particular lead on managing our relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

Role Overview: 

Sitopia Farm is seeking a part-time freelance Fundraising Consultant to lead all aspects of fundraising, with a specific focus on securing the £650,000 needed for our eco-barn project. This is a critical role that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping us bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fundraising strategy, grant writing, major donor engagement, and ideally an understanding of capital campaigns. 1. Fundraising Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy principally to secure c. £650,000 for the eco-barn project and support and develop fundraising for other farm activities as required.

2. Grant Writing and Proposal Development

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate sponsors, and other key stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with external event advisers and in collaboration with the wider Sitopia Farm team to create successful fundraising events.

5. Project Management and Reporting

• Track and monitor fundraising progress against targets, providing regular updates to the team.
• Ensure compliance with funders’ requirements and support the Sitopia Farm team to deliver impact reports as needed.

Essential:

• Proven track record of leading successful fundraising initiatives, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Excellent skills in a range of fundraising techniques, in particular major donors, trusts and foundations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building relationships with donors, businesses, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the UK fundraising landscape, fundraising regulation and code of practice.
• Strong organisational skills- capable of managing multiple income streams with strong attention to detail and great record-keeping and project management.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a part-time, freelance capacity.

Desirable:

• Passion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and community-building projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Community Fundraising Executive works closely with the National Community Fundraising Manager to deliver short and mid-term strategic plans and priorities for the function. The role is responsible for growing community awareness of the charity and driving fundraising activity across the region to meet income targets by proactively seeking out creating new opportunities and relationships. The key areas of activity the role is responsible for include generating and building relationships with community groups, organisations, volunteers and supporters, identifying new opportunities and leads within the region that will generate new income streams for the charity, and presenting to local organisations and groups within the regio

Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. 

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Sessional Youth Worker to join the Oasis Youth & Community Team.

Our team offer a wide variety of Youth Work activities that promote the development of young people, including open access youth club sessions, holiday clubs, mentoring, sports activities as well as targeted support. Training will be given. 

Key responsibilities will include:

- Working as part of a team be responsible for supporting on activities for young people within a number of sites in which we operate, including Oasis Academy Enfield, Oasis Academy Hadley, Ponders End Youth Centre and Bell Lane Youth Centre as arranged. 

- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young people accessing our projects.

- Leading on activities that support the holistic development of young people.

About This Job

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. Working closely with the rest of the Development team and in particular the Marketing department to ensure that both charities can provide increasing financial support to cadets and adult volunteers across the UK.
