The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK.

Purpose of the Job
This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners, delivering high quality account management that deepens engagement and maximises income. The role develops tailored partnership plans, ensures seamless transitions from new business to account management, and collaborates across internal teams to deliver multi-faceted partnerships that align with organisational priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partners, delivering first rate account management across partnership types including Charity of the Year, commercial brand campaigns and retail partnerships.
- Develop and implement bespoke stewardship and cultivation plans that maximise partnership value, support organisational priorities and meet agreed income targets and KPIs
- Engage key internal stakeholders across the organisation to craft mutually beneficial and strategic partnerships in line with both team and organisational strategic goals.
- Prepare and develop compelling presentations, pitches and proposals; negotiate bespoke benefits packages and lead renewal discussions.
- Establish and monitor partnership milestones, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of reporting financial management and record keeping (including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and contract management).
- Work collaboratively with New Business, Development, Income Generation and wider internal stakeholders including Food, Operations and Marcomms.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, fundraising regulations and ethical gift policies, legal requirements and internal compliance practices.
- Represent fundraising on internal working groups and undertake training to maintain up-to-date knowledge relevant to the role.
- Potential to take online management responsibility.

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13–24 with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words “you have cancer”, and Teenage Cancer Trust ensures they do not face it alone.
The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.
Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Supporters are often personally connected to the cause, including young people, families and communities directly impacted by cancer, making this a highly rewarding fundraising environment.
Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (West Scotland) to grow and develop income across the West of Scotland. With an individual income target of c.£130k and a combined Scotland regional target of c.£260k across East and West Scotland, this role will play a key part in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities across a region with significant growth potential.
Reporting to the Regional Fundraising Area Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term supporter relationships and developing strategic area plans to maximise fundraising opportunities. You will also work closely with frontline nursing teams, volunteers and colleagues across the organisation, ensuring supporters experience the impact of their fundraising while helping identify new opportunities across both community and corporate audiences.
As Senior Relationship Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of community and corporate supporters across West Scotland

Essential skills and experience:

- Ability to coach, mentor or support the development of colleagues
- Confident developing fundraising plans and identifying new income opportunities
- Good financial planning, pipeline management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and storytelling skills
You’ll need access to a vehicle as there is a requirement to be able to travel across the region to attend meetings, events and training.
Desirable, but not essential:
- Knowledge of managing high-value or complex supporter relationships
- Exposure to both community and corporate fundraising
- Experience working with volunteers and close-to-cause supporters
- Knowledge of the West Scotland fundraising landscape, ideally Glasgow

- Wales is a bilingual country, with both Welsh and English used routinely. Whilst the ability to speak and write in Welsh is not an essential requirement for the role, an understanding of the importance of Welsh language and culture is essential

Context and Background
The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children. Every childhood is worth fighting for.
This is our belief. We all share it. And it drives our Income Generation team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse. We’ve been here for children for over 100 years. From our campaigns to our services - we strive to make a difference in everything we do. The Senior Product Officer will work in the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, responsible for all fundraising from individuals at the NSPCC. The Legacies and Products team sits within this d irectorate and is responsible fo r management and innovation across the products portfolio. Reporting to the Fundraising Products Manager - this role will be responsible for overseeing the development, fulfilment, and delivery of the NSPCC’s new and existing fundraising products, helping us achieve the highest levels of engagement from both new supporters.
The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of our Regular Giving programme, Online Shop, Weekly Lottery and Raffle, Payroll Giving scheme, Sponsor A Call, development of new fundraising products but may work on other projects and products as required.

Job purpose
- To support the Fundraising Manager or lead on, the development, delivery and innovation of new and existing fundraising products and propositions

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and strengthen SSAFA’s Community Volunteering Service, supporting serving personnel and their families.

This voluntary income plays a pivotal role in the financial wellbeing of the charity, enabling us to do more to support the thousands of women and children who come to us each year as a result of violence against women and girls.
Fundraising at Solace works closely with colleagues responsible for winning and managing statutory funding contracts, and is situated within the Business Development Directorate, alongside our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs teams. You will collaborate with colleagues within Fundraising – including Corporate, Individual Giving and Community – as well as across the organisation including senior leadership and Solace’s wider support and volunteer networks such as trustees and its lived-experience-led Shadow Board.
About the Role
This role will lead on our organisational approach to individual giving, legacies, campaigns and appeals, and community fundraising. The role plays an important part in raising vital unrestricted income and connecting us with our loyal supporters.
About You
You will be a collaborative, creative and solution-focused with the ability to drive forward an unrestricted fundraising strategy that both connects us with our local roots and deliver campaigns and projects that have national reach and drive income.
With a knowledge and an understanding of individual giving and campaigns and ideally some experience of legacy and community fundraising to develop individual giving. Working closely with our Communications Team, you will bring a creativity and storytelling to our fundraising.
