Job description

This is an exciting new role for us as a relatively new organisation, reflecting a successful period of expansion and a future focused on sustainability and continued growth. As Head of Business Development you will lead on creating a strong income generation culture across the organisation, building a business development mindset into our central communications and policy work as well as our regional delivery plans.

Children need happy, healthy homes in order to thrive but families face more pressures than ever, with many parents finding the practical and emotional demands overwhelming. Home-Start Cymru provides vital emotional and practical support to families with young children through a volunteer-led, home-visiting (pre-covid) model of support. We combine the strengths of our network of community-based volunteers across Wales with our professional expertise in the early years. We are there for parents when they need us most, because childhood cannot wait.
