This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trusts and grants fundraiser to lead the Charity's trusts, grants and foundations strategy. The role aims to secure multi-year four, five and six-figure grants and build a reliable, sustainable income stream. Would you like to make a positive difference to the lives of survivors of torture? Do you have experience of coordinating clinical services delivery to marginalised groups in a community setting?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work with an innovative and friendly multidisciplinary team at our London Centre, which is a purpose-built centre specifically designed for the treatment of torture survivors, with extensive indoor space and gardens.
About the Role
Our team of experienced clinicians offer a range of specialist therapy interventions, to survivors of torture and organised violence, on an individual and group therapy basis. The interventions equip survivors with the resolve to deal with the physical and psychological impacts of their experiences. Throughout the rehabilitative journey, we closely monitor the impact of the interventions as it relates to each survivor using specifically designed Outcome Tools, which in turn assist in ensuring that the survivors receive the best treatment possible.
About You
To be successful in this role you must be qualified in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, (you will be trained to doctorate level or an equivalent vocational level 7). If you are nearing the completion of your training in either discipline, we would still love to hear from you. You must have knowledge of at least one evidence-based approach to trauma therapy including trauma focused CBT, NET and EMDR, sufficient to be able to deploy this model clinically and determine appropriate intervention pathways. It is also essential that you are registered to practice as a psychologist with HCPC. Due to the psychological trauma experienced by our clients you must have up to date knowledge of relevant mental health and safeguarding legislation. Your role will include offering supervision to trainees.

This role will work closely with Campaigns and Advocacy colleagues to deliver our new digital and communications strategy, helping to professionalise our communications and digital, and mobilise and inspire the public to take time, money and voice actions that support us and the youth led campaigns we help make happen.
You will work closely with colleague across the organisation to deliver inspiring, impactful communications, driving support for SOS UK and engagement with young people.
This role would suit a mid-career digital or communications generalist, with skills in email marketing, web and social media, including short-form video (e.g. Instagram Reels or TikTok).

Role Title: Caritas Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Caritas Southwark
Place of Work: Bowen House, 59 Westminster Bridge Road, London, SE1 7JE,
with hybrid working and regular travel across the Archdiocese
Salary: £35,000-£38,000
Hours: 35 hours per week, primarily over 5 days
Regular evening and weekend work will be required, with time off in lieu granted
Holidays: 34 days, inclusive of all bank and local holidays
