The Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Volunteer Events Coordinator to manage activity experiences awarded to campaign winners and support the development of new partnerships.
This is a key operational role ensuring experiences run smoothly from planning through to completion, while also helping to secure activity sponsors for monthly charitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage activity bookings for campaign winners through partner providers
Liaise directly with creators and winners to arrange meet and greet experiences
Collect availability from winners for experiences booked on their behalf
Confirm bookings, manage logistics, and communicate details clearly to all parties
Send reminders and follow ups to ensure experiences proceed as planned
Support post event engagement, including encouraging appropriate social sharing
Build and maintain strong relationships with activity providers
Proactively identify, approach, and secure activity providers willing to sponsor experiences for monthly charitable prize draws (ideally one per month)
Assist in developing long term partnerships with activity sponsors and collaborators
Organise security arrangements when required through approved security partners
Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and outcomes using our CRM management system. Experience using a CRM or similar database is required. We currently use HubSpot, which would be advantageous, although not essential as training will be provided.

The ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Service
Our ESOL provision is part of the Centre’s Employment and Learning Service, which also includes digital inclusion and employment support.
We have qualified volunteer ESOL teachers providing 1:1 support to clients who want to improve their English. We also have a couple of volunteers running small conversation classes at the Centre, within our Family Services.
We are expanding our ESOL offer to include learning opportunities offsite in a group setting to adults and young people in temporary accommodation, mainly asylum-seeking families.

This support provided by volunteers to our clients really helps them progress with their English. Often clients do not have opportunities to learn English or interact with an English speaking person, so this opportunity is invaluable to them. Improving our clients English also enables individuals to access our other services such as welfare rights and Immigration advice services, digital inclusion, which will in turn, improve their employment prospects and assist in integration in their local community.
Who will you be helping?
Our clients are refugees, migrants and asylum seekers who are unable to afford or access English classes at colleges. We have many clients at the Centre who need support with their English.

Time Commitment:
The class will run in term times, on Wednesdays from 25th February 2026, from 10.30am – 12/12.30pm. We ask for a commitment to run this 90 – 120-minute class for at least two terms ideally.

Our Spring Project
9.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 28th March – Wed 1st April, in north London
We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic volunteers, to join us on our fantastic fun-filled Spring Social Development Project.
Volunteers and our members who have disabilities get to know each other as they take part in fun and challenging workshops including sports & games, arts & crafts, cooking and enjoying a day out in London.
What you'll do
On the project you and a fellow volunteer will be paired with one of our members with a learning disability or autism. You'll support and encourage them to take part in a wide range of activities led by professional therapists and workshop leaders.
Our core activities are sports & games, arts & crafts, drama, and music. Previous additional workshops have also included photography, football and cooking and you’ll plan your own exciting outing around London with a fellow volunteer and the Kith & Kids member you're linked with.
Not only is it a time full of fun and games for you and our members, but you are also a vital part in supporting our members to develop their social skills in a day-to-day environment.

What you need
You do not need experience. Full disability awareness training will be provided before you begin volunteering with us.

Everyone gets the most out of the project if you come for the full five days as you'll build a close relationship with the member you'll have been supporting and will create the most impact.

Volunteer role title: Volunteer Chef/Cook/Kitchen Staff
Hours: 2-3 hours on a Friday evening, from about 4.30/5pm
Help us to meet our goal of creating healthy meals for young people, by volunteering in our kitchen!
We are looking for volunteers with a passion for cooking, nutrition and healthy eating, to assist in the kitchen independently, as a group, or alongside our youth workers and young people, preparing a warm meal for up to 40 young people.
You are welcome to come along as an assistant volunteering with the rest of the team, but we would also love volunteers who are interested in heathy eating to lead on this initiative, teaching those young people who choose to volunteer in the kitchen, food preparation skills, how to cook nutritious foods, as well as sharing the joy of eating together

Position Overview:
The Programme Coordinator provides critical administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of the employability and skills development programme. As the first point of contact for participants, this role focuses on managing inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and facilitating seamless communication between participants, trainers, and stakeholders. The Programme Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring participants feel supported and programme activities are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Participant Engagement & Support:
Serve as the primary contact for participants, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and providing guidance on programme logistics, enrollment, and resources.
Manage participant registration, onboarding, and attendance tracking for workshops, training sessions, and events.
Administrative Coordination:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records, including personal details, progress updates, and post-programme employment outcomes, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder events, including room bookings, material preparation, and calendar management.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and distribute programme-related materials, such as handbooks, training agendas, and certificates of completion.
Assist in compiling data for reports on participant engagement, attendance, and feedback to support programme evaluation.
Logistics & Communication:
Manage programme logistics, including training materials, technology setups, and participant resources.
Draft and send routine communications (e.g., reminders, updates) to participants, trainers, and partners.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
Ensure all participant files and programme documentation adhere to organisational policies and grant requirements.
Support audit processes by maintaining organised participant consent forms, evaluations, and feedback records.
Required Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
1–2 years in administrative support, customer service, or programme coordination, preferably in education, non-profits, or workforce development.
Experience managing high-volume inquiries and maintaining detailed records.
Skills:
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Google products (Forms, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with databases or CRM systems.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and supportive Volunteer Campaign Support Coordinator to oversee and assist with live prize draw campaigns on the platform.
This role focuses on ensuring creators feel supported throughout their campaign, that key communications are delivered on time, and that each live draw runs as smoothly and successfully as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support all live prize draw campaigns on the platform
Liaise with creators throughout the live campaign period to provide encouragement, guidance, and practical support
Schedule, diarise, and send campaign communications using approved templates
Coordinate with internal team members when campaigns go live
Provide reminders, tips, and prompts to help creators maximise engagement
Respond to creator enquiries and provide assistance as needed
Conduct support calls where appropriate
Maintain accurate records of communications and campaign progress using our CRM management system
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
Strong customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using computers and online systems
Experience using a CRM or similar database system
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Supportive, positive, and professional approach
Reliable and proactive working style
Desirable:
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
Experience supporting clients, customers, or account holders
Experience working remotely within a team
Interest in charitable or social impact work
Working Arrangement
Fully remote position
Flexible hours depending on the number of live campaigns
Workload will vary as the platform grows
Occasional (optional) in person team meetings

Stepping Stones Learning and Leisure is a small, friendly charity based in Southwark, providing inclusive activities for adults with learning disabilities. We believe everyone should have the chance to express themselves, connect with others, and take part in activities that bring joy, confidence, and new skills.
We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Club Volunteer to support our weekly Thursday sessions (10.30-12.30). We are based at St Faith’s Centre, Red Post Hill, SE24 9JQ (close to North Dulwich and Herne Hill stations) however this role requires the ability to travel to other locations in the borough of Southwark. Next term we will be visiting a local inclusive cycling organisation at Herne Hill Velodrome and we are looking for people who would be willing to participate alongside our learners.
