Job description

The organisation is looking to recruit two Community Support Workers (one supporting our London Projects, the other in the Midlands). The Community Support Workers will play a proactive role in supporting mentees as they prepare for released from prison and providing practical assistance to help mentees re-integrate back to their community. 

We are looking for forward thinking candidates will a high level of motivation who have experience of working with challenging, hard to engage and disaffected groups.  A keen insight into the support needs of those who have experienced prison and the challenges they face returning to the community is required for these roles.
