About the role
We seek new Governors to become members of both the Board and at least one other committee, depending on their specialist knowledge and interests. In addition to attending scheduled meetings throughout the year, we encourage Governors to experience the College by linking them with senior leaders and different departments, providing opportunities for them to visit the campuses and meet and speak with students, apprentices and staff.

We are searching for senior leaders from the local or wider community who have the capacity to interpret, question and scrutinise complex statistical and financial information. Ideal candidates will be able to offer constructive challenge and, as part of the Board, hold the executive team to account while providing thoughtful guidance and support.
