We are looking to recruit a Group Coordinator for our South Northumberland group. As our local Group Coordinator you’ll take the lead in making sure your local group works as effectively as possible. You’ll recruit, induct and support other group volunteers to make sure your group’s activities meet the needs of your local MS community. In this role you’ll be able to develop your leadership, management, communication, organisation and motivation skills.

What will you be doing?

Willowbrook Farm Charity is looking for a dedicated and skilled Volunteer Bid Writer to support our Operational Director in identifying and applying for grant funding. This is a unique opportunity to use your writing and research skills to directly contribute to building inclusive, nature-based educational opportunities for communities across the UK.

You will work closely with the Operational Director to help:

• Draft and edit funding applications
• Interpret and respond to funder criteria
• Summarise key information within character or word limits
• Help shape compelling, values-driven narratives for our projects
• Join short weekly remote check-ins 

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience with writing, copywriting, research or similar qualification.
• Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, tone)
• Ability to understand and match funders’ priorities
• Skilled at summarising and restructuring complex content
• Experience in bid writing, copywriting, research, or professional writing (or willing to learn how to use your professional writing skills in this area)
• Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative
• Commitment of at least 2–3 hours per week 
• UK-based only (but remote role, so open to any applicants in the UK)
