We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at our IntoUniversity centre in Bridlington. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery.
A substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

A key leader within the ambitious and forward-thinking Fundraising & Communications Team at The Connection at St Martin’s, the Head of Supporter Involvement plays a central role in inspiring, growing and stewarding our community of supporters.

Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising and Communications, you will develop and deliver innovative Individual Giving and community engagement campaigns across digital and offline channels, with a strong focus on stewardship - ensuring every supporter feels valued, informed, and motivated to continue their journey with us. You will also lead on our work with the Friends of The Connection, our sister charity and membership community, to strengthen supporter engagement and loyalty.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in Individual Giving, ideally with digital expertise, and a passion for creating outstanding supporter experiences. About Dose of Nature
Dose of Nature is transforming the UK’s approach to mental health by placing nature at the heart of mental health interventions.
We deliver clinically led, volunteer-powered nature prescriptions that achieve clinically measurable outcomes. Independent research, including a two-year study with the London School of Economics, has demonstrated statistically significant improvements in wellbeing, life satisfaction and purpose among participants.
Dose of Nature currently operates with approximately £500k annual income. As we scale our partnership and membership models, we aim to grow this to c.£800k per year over the next three years, enabling sustainable national delivery and increased access for communities across the UK.

The Role
This is a key fundraising role within a small and collaborative charity team.
As Fundraising Lead, you will play an important part in developing and delivering a diversified fundraising pipeline, with a particular focus on trusts and foundations, alongside philanthropy and selected partnership opportunities.
You will report to and work closely with the Director of Growth & Strategy, who leads overall fundraising strategy and senior relationships, while you focus on driving day-to-day fundraising activity, pipeline development and funder engagement.
This role would suit an experienced fundraiser who enjoys both planning and delivery; from researching opportunities to developing strong proposals and stewarding funder relationships.

The Royal Foundation of St Katharine is one of Britains oldest charities in continuous existence since 1147. Now in its third location in Limehouse between the City of London and Canary Wharf it is a retreat centre, hospitality and meeting space and a community charity. With 45 bedrooms, 12 Meeting rooms and a community café in a Yurt it is a unique offering of an urban oasis in the busyness of London life. We host around 1000 meetings a year for major chairites and trusts. We run our own Retreat programme grounded in Christiian spirituality.
We are now recruiting a Finance Director (CCAB qualified) to oversee the financial aspects of this c£3m turnover charity with around 60 staff. The role is part of the Senior Management Team, reporting to the Master and is responsible for day to day financial operations, budgeting, management reporting, investment oversite, VAT and Tax. Payoll and HR admin - supervising one financial assistant.
Ability to be hands on with financial processing - with a strong grasp of accounting systems (Sage Inacct) and interfaces. Budgeting, VAT and Management reporting expertise.. Management of audit and annual reporting cycle. Able to use financial data to encourage managers to make good commercial decisions.
Experience of hospitality sector desired. Experience of charity sector also desired.

Head of Enterprise Architecture
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week
Location: London, UK
UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.
Salary: £71,481/-per year with excellent benefits.

About the team
The Head of Enterprise Architecture sits within the IT Leadership Team and reports directly to the Director of IT. The role leads the newly established Enterprise Architecture function consisting of a small data engineering team and a data governance lead. Enterprise Architecture is one of the core pillars of WaterAid’s IT & Technology planning, along with Global IT Service & Delivery, Global Cybersecurity & Global IT Portfolio & Strategic Engagement.
About the role
The Head of Enterprise Architecture provides strategic leadership for enterprise, data, and solution architecture across WaterAid UK and supports global initiatives. This role sets the vision for organisation-wide architecture, ensuring that business strategy is underpinned by scalable, responsive, and sustainable technology and data ecosystems. The postholder is responsible for the oversight of data architecture, engineering, integration, and governance to drive business value and data maturity.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days. These days are designated to cover the period when our UK office closes between Christmas and New Year, allowing all UK WaterAiders to take a well-deserved break.
These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be changed or moved. Annual leave is accrued based on your start date. If sufficient leave has not been accrued by the time of the closure, the 3 days will be taken as unpaid leave or pro-rated, depending on your circumstances.

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure that the charity’s mission, values and key messages are reflected clearly and consistently across all communications. You will be confident working with the press and welcoming high-profile visitors, helping to raise the profile of our work and the people we support.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation – including the people who use our services – you will help ensure our communications are authentic, inclusive and grounded in real experiences.
You will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the Fundraising team to develop and deliver a series of innovative fundraising and awareness-raising campaigns, helping to engage supporters, grow income and increase understanding of our work.
Our strategy focuses on developing services in new ways, involving clients in every aspect of our work and strengthening collaboration across the sector. The Communications Manager will play a key role in helping the organisation communicate more effectively, building communications confidence across the team, and supporting the growth of our fundraising activity.
This role is a 12 month FTC.
Salary: £44,181 - £50,461 (scale points 29 – 35)
