We are seeking a Communications Assistant to provide administrative and creative support to the communications team. This is an exciting role, with the chance to use your skills to make a real difference to Fauna & Flora. Our team works to find engaging and impactful ways to communicate with different audiences the urgency, importance and hope of our work with global network of partners to address the challenges of biodiversity loss and threatened species and habitats around the world.
The Communications Assistant will play a central role in the communications team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of tasks spanning everything from content uploading to procurement and finance processes to keeping team meetings on track. In this role you will also have the chance to flex your creative muscles and learn more about real-world conservation, as you will be helping to produce content including printed materials, website and social media content, video and photography.
You will have excellent organisational skills and work well within a team. The role will be well suited to a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team and is passionate about the role that communications plays in modern-day nature conservation.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Supporter Journey Marketing Executive to enhance our supporter journeys alongside the launch of our new CRM system.
The Role:
• You’ll support the implementation and roll-out of our new CRM system and ensure supporter journey requirements are mapped and embedded.
• You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver tailored supporter journeys and communications
• You’ll assist in designing, mapping and improving supporter experiences.
• You’ll report and analyse data and insights to segment audiences and personalise supporter interactions.
• You’ll develop campaign and journey documentation.
• You’ll monitor performance, identify improvements and report to stakeholder on supporter journeys.
• You’ll provide support in campaign deliver, including content setup, testing and scheduling.
• This role is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.
• This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required no more than once a month on average.

We are looking for candidates who have the following:
• Worked in marketing, supporter engagement or customer experience roles.
• Experience of CRM systems and an understanding of their role in managing supporter relationships.
• Desired knowledge of supporter engagement and retention strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Desired knowledge of journey mapping tools and/or marketing automation platforms
• Experience interpreting data and applying insights.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to handle a busy workload with competing priorities.

About the role
In this role, you will oversee the implementation, management, and delivery of all electrical, fire detection, door entry, lift, CCTV, and digital TV installations with the Council’s supply partners. Responsibilities include repair, maintenance, and major projects for both existing and new Council housing installations.
About you
You will oversee projects from start to completion with minimal supervision, including budget management, preparing specifications and drawings, contract procurement, and supervising electrical works for the Council’s housing stock.
A degree in Building Surveying or equivalent work experience in a similar role is preferred with i.e. HNC/HND in Building Surveying/Construction or relevant Electrical qualification. Strong working knowledge of building defects and solutions is also required. Knowledge of housing legislation, best practices for repairs and maintenance, CDM, and Building Regulations is essential.
