Digital Change Manager

Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development. 

You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects. 

We’re looking for someone who has experience of project working in a digital environment, particularly within website and CRM implementation. 

Background – our digital transformation 

Like many charities, we’ve historically developed our digital framework and footprint organically, with insufficient web and CRM integration and functionality, duplication and data silos; resulting in data management and website functionality that don’t meet all our users’ needs. We’re changing all that by: 

1. Investing in our customer-facing website and data management systems; connecting all our divisions and services, delivering integrated systems that provide a positive customer and stakeholder journey.
2. Developing the next generation of digitally accessible services 
3. Extending our in-house digital capability to support continuous delivery. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity’s digital strategy.

• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, to deliver our website and CRM digital transformation programme.

• Utilise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to: 

• embed digital first principles and best practice. 

• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of our CRM and website. 

• Progress opportunities to increase our digital capability and integrate digital into our current and upcoming work. 

• Utilise the digital performance assessment framework to monitor compliance with digital and data best practice standards. 

• Assist in maintaining our data security standards compliance, participating in quality assurance activities. 

• Work collaboratively with our external digital and IT partners. 

Essential Criteria 

• Significant experience of website and CRM implementation and data/content management. 

• Good general knowledge and experience of organisational IT systems, including cloud and M365 applications. 

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to convey complex or technical information simply and clearly. 

• Experience of IT/Digital supplier engagement. Able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience of working in a digital project/change environment. 

• Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to changing circumstances and to tight timetables 

Desirable criteria 

• Experience of working in an organisation which uses agile development methodologies. 

• A strong understanding of the National Cyber Security Centre principles and approach and General Data Protection regulations principles, audit and compliance.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service and organisational requirements, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays and forming part of the out of hours on call rota for managers. 

About the Role

We are seeking a Family Service Manager to lead our flagship family service based in HMP Altcourse. This is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking a hands-on role within a prison setting, who is confident in working in complex environments and wants to create meaningful change within punitive systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team who deliver high-quality, therapeutically informed, arts-based work with men in prison and their families. You will bring together creative group interventions, bespoke family counselling services, and day-to-day practical family support within a complex prison environment. 

As the Family Service Manager, you will lead a team of Programme Co-Ordinator's, Facilitators, Family Counsellors, a Deputy Service Manager, and other appropriate staff. The team deliver programmes such as Fathers Inside and Man Up which have received national recognition and have been delivered nationally across custodial and community settings. The role requires leadership experience, managing a diverse team, with line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to the participants of our programmes and their families. You will work closely with prison and Sodexo colleagues, as well as other internal SIG teams to ensure innovative, safe, and compassionate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Line Management throughout the employee lifecycle embedding a culture of learning, development, reflection, and evaluation.
• Creative leadership of creating and delivering engaging high-quality services and interventions which support rehabilitation, reintegration, and culture shifts in systems of power and compliance.

• Previous experience in facilitation of group programmes and/or training to various groups, ideally in a similar setting (preferably within a creative setting)
• Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds
• Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
• Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
• Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands and needs of the service. For example, Provide an emergency on call service as and when required in case of emergency

This newly created role will be a core part of our recently expanded Safeguarding team who are vital to the work that we do by enabling a robust culture of safeguarding across RBL. Based in a small team of Safeguarding Managers and leading a team of Officers, this role will see you ensuring that our safeguarding processes and procedures are implemented to support frontline operational teams.

Reporting to our Head of Safeguarding, key responsibilities will include:

- Manage daily safeguarding activities, specifically oversight and control of Officers workloads and capabilities, providing mentoring support, technical advice and guidance
- Oversee and monitor RBL’s safeguarding recording and management system, support referrals and follow up procedures
- Conduct document reviews and research to support trends analysis, provide mentoring, advice and guidance to Heads of Departments and other RBL leaders as required to embed a robust culture of safeguarding
- Review safeguarding incidents ensuring compliance with established and agreed safeguarding processes
- Take responsibility for understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirements across the UK
- Identify and explore opportunities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with the aim of extending and improving SG support available to beneficiaries and ensuring this is provided in a coordinated way and to promote a robust culture of safeguarding

We have a newly created opportunity for a Head of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland to join us at RBL to promote, advocate and champion for our vital work and connections across NI&ROI.

In this exciting and varied role, you will manage the HR lifecycle, provide HR advice, develop and improve policies and processes, and manage payroll and benefits. You will report to the CEO and work with the with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver a high quality HR & Payroll service. You will demonstrate and promote the culture and values of FoodCycle, incorporating equity, diversity, inclusion and environmental sustainability.​

This is a key role in which you will enjoy using your expertise to interact with all FoodCycle staff (~40 headcount) and lead initiatives like the annual staff survey, performance reviews and provide quarterly HR updates to the Board. You will be responsible for all HR operations and people activities of FoodCycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, PAYE, pensions, employee engagement surveys and performance management and training oversight.​

You will be comfortable managing a busy and varied workload, able to connect with employees and stakeholders while working remotely, and bring your knowledge of HR best practice & employment law to maintain and improve our positive working culture. Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager

The Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager is a key role as we develop and evolve our early diagnosis programmes at Bowel Cancer UK. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity’s awareness and engagement programmes and the new Bowel Towns programme. This role will manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering programmes that improve cancer awareness, empower communities, and drive earlier diagnosis.

In addition, as the charity’s services lead for Northern Ireland (NI), the post holder will build high-impact partnerships and develop a regional plan to enhance awareness, early detection, and support for people affected by cancer. You’ll work closely with the Head of Services and Support to ensure our early diagnosis services are impactful, inclusive, and evidence-based.

Cardiomyopathy UK is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by cardiomyopathy. We provide clinical information, emotional support, and work to influence policy and practice so that everyone affected by cardiomyopathy receives timely diagnosis, high-quality care, and support.

Our established Change Maker volunteer network brings together people with lived experience of cardiomyopathy who share their stories and the expertise it provides to advocate for meaningful policy and practice change. Change Makers contribute in a range of ways, from running awareness raising activities and supporting social media campaigns to engaging with MPs. Their work helps drive improvements in care pathways, raise public understanding of cardiomyopathy and provide valuable input into Cardiomyopathy UK’s policy development.

As the network enters its next phase, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Freelance Senior Advocacy Officer to help take it forward.

Role Purpose

The Freelance Senior Advocacy Officer will lead the growth and development of our Change Maker network, ensuring volunteers are supported, empowered, and equipped to influence change at local, regional, and national levels. In this role, you will work closely with the Policy Manager to design and implement a strategic plan for the network, and provide the training, tools and resources our volunteers need to advocate effectively. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in advocacy, campaigns or volunteer engagement, along with strong project management skills.

As a 0.4 FTE freelance role, responsibilities will be phased and prioritised over the course of the contract.

Emerging Leaders is seeking freelance Trainers in and around Sheffield / Manchester / Blackpool / Nottingham / Liverpool / Birmingham to deliver “Game Plan”, a transformational four-session training programme designed to equip individuals with the mindset, motivation, and practical skills to flourish—even in the midst of adversity.

This role is ideal for people who are already embedded in community settings and have established relationships with adults (18+) who may feel stuck, overlooked, or limited by circumstance, in particular those on universal credit, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, NEETS, those struggling with confidence and well-being, or experiencing food insecurity.

Our vision is to see the training delivered across the UK. We’re looking for trainers who can run the programme regularly within their local network, area or region, building trust, momentum, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Emerging Leaders Trainer, you will:

• Identify and work with local partners to mobilise groups
• Deliver the “Game Plan” course, maintaining the quality, integrity and consistency of training delivery.
• Create engaging, inclusive learning environments where participants feel safe, seen, and supported.
• Act as a key point of contact for participants throughout the course
• Collect and record agreed data before, during, and after delivery
• Meet monthly with the UK Programme Co-ordinator, and a small team of UK trainers.

About the role:

The Senior Director of Finance is the most senior finance professional at Parenting for Lifelong Health (PLH). The role provides strategic financial leadership and ensures the organisation meets its fiduciary, regulatory, and governance obligations as a UK charity, while enabling responsible growth and global scale.

Acting as the organisation’s senior finance lead, the postholder will support the CEO and Board of Trustees to meet their statutory duties under UK charity law, including duties of care, prudence, and accountability, while building robust financial systems aligned to PLH’s 2026-2028 Strategic Plan and country implementation model.

The role ensures that PLH’s resources are used exclusively to further its charitable purposes, safeguarded appropriately, and managed transparently in the public interest.

Responsibilities:

Charity Governance, Fiduciary Oversight, and Trustee Support

• Act as the primary source of financial advice to the CEO and Board of Trustees, supporting trustees to fulfil their legal and fiduciary duties under UK charity law.

• Support the effective functioning of the Board Finance Committee, including preparation of high-quality financial papers, scenario options, and risk analyses.

• Ensure trustees have clear oversight of:

  • Financial performance against approved budgets

  • Liquidity, reserves, and solvency

  • Financial risks and mitigations

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and community to be a part of FoodCycle’s after-school community meal projects.As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools in London (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.​

Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. With the support of our National Schools & Franchise Manager you will manage local relationships with schools, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable our meals to happen each week.​

You will have experience of working with primary school-aged children or families, in school or other setting. You will also have experience in hospitality or food businesses. Paid Media

• This is a vital and rapidly growing area for the charity, and this role will manage all paid-for digital marketing, including lead generation and acquisition (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Create advertising campaigns and ensure effective tracking, monitoring, improvements, evaluation, and reporting of campaigns.
• Oversee our Google Ads grant (PPC) and (CRO) Google Tag Manager.
• Manage our main Google Ads account and launch Search, Display, and YouTube advertising for our digital-first Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month campaign.
• Deliver detailed advertising reporting using Looker Studio or other similar digital dashboards.

Digital content

• Manage and maintain the content calendar, including planning and scheduling content that aligns to both Pancreatic Cancer Action and project objectives.

• Write, edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment to Pancreatic Cancer Action’s Text and Brand Guidelines.
