Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who will be a first point of contact with our membership network. 

You will proactively increase member engagement whilst nurturing existing relationships and demonstrating commitment to promoting the value of helplines. 

This role is supporting the Partnership and Engagement manager to deliver a sustainable membership and partnership model that keepspace in a constantly moving and diverse climate. 

You will be central in supporting HLP’s sustainability and will helpto progress continued growth and attract new and diverse collaborations. 

You will be regularly front facing with members and the wider public, so should be confident presenting on video as well as in person, and comfortable engaging a diverse range of stakeholders. 

The role is predominantly home-based with regular travel to meetings and events.
