The National Federation of Women’s Institutes (the NFWI) is responsible for running the organisation and provides support and advice to members at both regional and local levels.
About the role
This is an exciting role with responsibility for both IT and Digital. You will actively implement new tools and platforms, oversee data protection compliance and cyber security, whilst developing effective policies and guidelines spanning our IT infrastructure. You will also take ownership of our digital strategy across all channels, driving service delivery and managing significant relationships, contracts and budgets. We will look to you to lead digital transformation and champion innovation, whilst delivering workshops and training sessions to diverse colleagues. In short, you will be the catalyst that gets the most from our online presence, our technology and our vendors and partners, ensuring best practice and value in everything you do.
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Location: Hybrid working, with one day per week at our London office.
About you
Highly experienced as an IT thought leader and manager with technical experience, you will combine a strategic mindset with a truly hands-on approach. Developing strategy, as well as leading and managing IT and digital change projects should be second nature to you. Similarly, you will be experienced in mentoring teams and controlling websites, CMS platforms and integrated digital systems. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be beneficial, alongside knowledge of data protection legislation, digital accessibility and inclusion, Squiz DXP, Azure, Intune and AWS. However your ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues is just as important. Above all, you will bring everything it takes to get the most out of people, systems and budgets, with real passion for cutting-edge technology and the drive and determination to make things happen.

We are looking for a Group Exercise Assistant to support the Fitness Centre Manager by liaising with class instructors, sourcing cover, processing invoices and maintaining up to date information on the website and app. The post holder will be expected to visit TeamUCL Gym sites at Bloomsbury and East to quality check class provision, gather customer feedback and engage with instructors.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Executive Level PA experience or hands-on administrative experience
- Experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated, with initiative and the ability to work as part of a small administrative team
- Reliable and responsible
- Excellent attention to detail where accuracy is essential
- Excellent IT skills with extensive experience of Zoom, Teams and Microsoft Office including MS Excel – ability to use spreadsheets, input basic formulae and remove duplications. Experience of Donorfy is a bonus.

The role of Sales & Guest Booking Officer

This role supports Calvert Devon’s strategy to raise awareness of our products and services, initially focusing on schools and large group bookings . You’ll be responsible for responding promptly to inbound enquiries, while also managing a portfolio of outbound leads to generate new business. Working closely with teams across Calvert Devon, you’ll help shape bespoke breaks that meet customer needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account holders will be essential to encourage repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
What you will need
Essential:

The Post-Diagnosis Support Programme Manager is a key role at ReMind UK, working across ReMind UK's departments to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of our post-diagnosis interventions. The role works in partnership with local organisations and groups across Bath and North East Somerset, to drive an insight-driven, fully evaluated programme of events and courses at the ReMind UK centre and in local venues. Working closely with ReMind UK's Head of Engagement, Project Co-Ordinator, Chief Executive Officer, and Volunteering and Engagement Coordinator, the post holder will lead on the annual planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions, project managing a small team of facilitators and volunteers and line managing the Project Co-ordinator.
