Main Purpose of the Role:

The role and your key responsibilities
 

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.

You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Kent or East Sussex for this role.

• Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.
   

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.
   

• Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.
   

• Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

• Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

The role 

Gambling Support Practitioners at GamCare ensure that psychosocial and recovery support interventions are delivered as part of a cohesive recovery plan, working collaboratively with external and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes for people affected by gambling harms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing face to face and online advice, assessment, brief and structured interventions to help clients achieve their recovery goals, using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural approaches
• Providing safe and effective support to individuals whilst managing safeguarding issues in line with safeguarding procedures and policies
• Developing collaborative working relationships with external agencies, professionals and groups to facilitate multi agency approaches and holistic support

We founded and operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide structured support for anyone who is harmed by gambling and create awareness about safer gambling and treatment. 

The role

Gambling Support Practitioners at GamCare ensure that psychosocial and recovery support interventions are delivered as part of a cohesive recovery plan, working collaboratively with external and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes for people affected by gambling harms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing face to face and online advice, assessment, brief and structured interventions to help clients achieve their recovery goals, using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioural approaches
• Providing safe and effective support to individuals whilst managing safeguarding issues in line with safeguarding procedures and policies
• Developing collaborative working relationships with external agencies, professionals and groups to facilitate multi agency approaches and holistic support
• Developing relationships with local services and communities to support the identification of gambling harms in individuals and strengthen pathways into the service
• Participation in service promotion, networking activities and events to support visibility and ongoing development of the service, and to proactively respond to the needs identified within the region

This is a home based position with the requirement to travel across Greater London.

We are looking for an individual to work full-time which will include a mix of 9-5pm and 12-8pm fixed shifts per week, depending on service requirements.

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fundraising Officer.

Key focus of the role

This is a newly created role designed to develop and support our fundraising activities, particularly in the areas of legacy fundraising and grants and trusts, as well as increasing our membership, working alongside our small team. We are a small charity with big ambitions and this role is designed to help us grow and become sustainable in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Legacies:

· To develop a comprehensive legacy fundraising strategy and workflow, in collaboration with the Director and the Fundraising Committee.

· To work with colleagues to raise the profile of legacy fundraising, including production of materials, social media content, website development, etc.

· Work across the charity to ensure legacies are integrated across relevant channels to reach key audiences

· Build a portfolio of case studies in conjunction with the Deputy Director to showcase how legacy giving has impacted the community

Trust and Grants

· Identify and research a pipeline of potential Trust and Grant funders to secure financial support for the charity

· Work with the Director, trustees and other colleagues to develop fundraising applications for new and existing projects

· Develop compelling funding applications with service-user insight to Trust and Grant funders

· Manage and track existing funding received and complete appropriate reporting protocols to the relevant funders

· Produce timely and engaging project reports to inspire future funders and clearly measure impact of any funding received.

Membership

· To develop a strategy to increase membership, including professional membership

· To increase membership, including professional membership in conjunction with the wider PMRGCA team of staff and volunteers

General

· To lead on the development and establishment of a ‘shop’ on our website to generate additional funds.

· Support with other fundraising initiatives within the organisation, for example, Marathon in a Month, Big Give.

· Achieve agreed income targets, with a focus on securing funding from Trusts and Grants, as well as an increase in legacy donations and increased membership

Who We're Looking For:

• A proactive self-starter with experience of legacy and trusts and grants fundraising
• Someone with experience of working in a small voluntary organisation who recognises the needs to be flexible and adaptable
• Someone with knowledge of the UK voluntary sector and a passion for improving health outcomes.
• A strong communicator with excellent writing, project management, and financial skills.
• Someone who is confident with IT systems

Part time – 22.5 hours per week (equivalent to 3 days)

You will deliver training to a variety of external customers, focussing on housing and homelessness. The overall aim will be to support capacity and capability of the housing and homelessness sector to achieve better outcomes for clients. You will need to keep your knowledge up to date and contribute the insights you gain from training delivery and observing our front-line services to develop existing and new courses, ensuring excellent quality and positive feedback. Also, you will participate in consultancy and mystery shopping as needed.

About you

To succeed, you will need experience of delivering and developing training courses which are engaging and interactive, along with an excellent understanding of housing and homelessness law. You will also have a sound knowledge of IT tools such as webinar and e-learning platform and Microsoft applications.  The role will involve travel to deliver training as needed.

About the team

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team that delivers a range of second tier services to support those on the frontline to achieve positive outcomes for people with housing problems. These include training in housing and homeless prevention, housing law consultancy advice, housing debt casework, information and online resources and various targeted projects. We are a national team and work in conjunction with the wider organisation including Legal Services, Learning and Development, Business Support, Telephone and Online services and Operations teams.

About the role
We are recruiting for a Supporter Selections & Automation Executive to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. This is a home-based role on a permanent contract.

As Supporter Selections & Automations Executive you will work alongside two Supporter Selections Analysts to deliver targeted automations for our supporter communications. You’ll work closely with our Supporter Selections Manager and Journeys Manager to plan, build and maintain supporter journeys that provide an excellent supporter experience to retain and grow our audiences.

You’ll play a crucial role in deepening stakeholders’ understanding of our supporters. You’ll draw on campaign results, data models and other sources of insight to enable colleagues to test hypotheses and innovate in order to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable growth across Alzheimer’s Society’s audiences.

In this role, you’ll be an active and valued member of the Omnichannel Team, supporting with the delivery of scheduled and ad hoc selections to enable delivery of the communications plan, whilst being part of the drive to put the supporter at the heart of everything we do.

Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March.

About you
Joining us, you will have experience of using good task management and prioritisation skills to deliver projects or pieces of work within a set deadline. You’ll have an understanding of customer journeys and automation, with experience of planning and building customer stewardship journeys and automations using Apteco Faststats, Apteco PeopleStage or similar systems.

Crucially, you’ll be skilled in using Excel to manipulate, manage and analyse data, in addition to experience using large contact management databases and database selections. You’ll also be able to work in collaboration with others across the organisation, at all levels, to support decision-making for data selections.

- Leading on the delivery of automated communications through Apteco Faststats and PeopleStage, working closely with our agency partners and internal stakeholders.

- Working with the Campaign Reporting & Optimisation Manager on rolling reviews of existing journeys to continually improve the automation & experience.

- Using insight, data and model scores to improve and enhance audiences and personalisation across selections and automations.
- Working alongside our Apteco partner to highlight process improvements to continuously refine and strengthen our processes for selections & automations.
