About the role
The Fundraising Strategy and Operations team delivers high quality operations support to the wider Fundraising Directorate including Strategic Liaison with Service teams, Compliance, Supporter Journeys and Communications, and Supporter Care.
The role sits within our friendly and dedicated Supporter Care team. In addition to providing operations support to the Fundraising Directorate, the team provides a high standard of customer service to Centrepoint supporters and members of the public.
The role works alongside two other Officers and the team Manager to help steward and grow our compassionate supporter base, securing Centrepoint’s long term future, and enabling us to reach our strategic goals through helping to maximise fundraised income and increase donor loyalty.
The role involves working independently, collaborating with colleagues and third-party suppliers, and using a variety of technical systems to fulfil a range of supporter-related responsibilities.
These include, but are not limited to, liaising with existing and prospective supporters, managing fundraising complaints, processing donations, processing supporter data; and ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with GDPR, Data Protection, and other regulatory requirements.
There is also the opportunity to work on projects, volunteer at events, and participate in a range of training to support personal and professional development.
About you

· Listening to and quality checking calls handled by the third-party contact centre
· Supporting with required training of the third-party contact centre call handling team
· Processing fundraising donations
· Maintaining supporter records on the Raiser’s Edge CRM system
· Helping to ensure team processes are accurate, efficient, and up to date
· Helping to ensure the team meets its service SLAs and KPIs
· Maintaining a good understanding and working knowledge of new sector regulations
· Supporting the delivery of strategic projects in line with the Supporter Care strategy

- Collating, storing and manipulating data and information in the creation of graphs, tables, reports etc. to aid accessibility and understanding and to support decision-making within the team or with other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of temporary and long-term planning solutions, addressing both regular cyclical activities, appointment processes and wider activity.

About the role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. Over the last two years support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates. Our challenge now is to retain this interest and ensure we sustain income as we respond to the ongoing emergency and the longer-term health of Palestinians over the coming years. We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to head up our Supporter Operations and Insights team. A newly expanded team, this senior role will ensure our supporters receive an outstanding experience, while overseeing supporter operations, supplier management, data quality and insights. You’ll work closely with Fundraising and Finance colleagues to ensure income is processed accurately; deliver insights that drive decision‑making; and ensure operations are compliant and effective.

What is the role about?

What will you be responsible for?

The postholder will work alongside experienced researchers to develop a new portfolio of priority projects to enhance our work. We deploy teams of vets and vet nurses, send equipment and supplies to help struggling organisations on the front line of animal welfare, and train vets at our international training centres in India, Thailand, Malawi and the Galápagos Islands. We also work on strategic one health projects such as rabies elimination campaigns with Governments and NGOs all over the world. Our Mission Rabies project runs mass canine vaccination and community education in the world’s worst hotspots for the disease. Since the project began, over seven million dogs have been vaccinated against rabies and over 13 million children have been educated in rabies prevention, protecting the lives of people and animals.
Last year, WVS helped an animal every 14 seconds. We trained over 4,800 vets, deployed teams of vets all over the world, and sent over 1,700 parcels of veterinary supplies to 261 charities in 71 countries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Support in the review of the effectiveness of our current CRM and the potential search for an alternative platform if required.
- Work with the Marketing team to design data-driven supporter journeys and targeting strategies.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance predictive analytics.
- Support colleagues across the charity in using CRM data effectively and responsibly.
- Explore and test AI tools and platforms to streamline data analysis and campaign performance tracking.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into supporter behaviour to improve long-term donor retention and lifetime value.
- Keep up to date with data and AI trends in the non-profit and marketing sectors.
- Some evening and weekend working, to include travel, will likely be required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Two years' experience working with CRM systems (Donorfy is our current CRM but relevant experience across any CRM systems is valuable)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeted campaign delivery
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR best practices
- A passion for animal welfare
- A strong team player
- The ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends occasionally when the charity requires.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Research & Analysis Officer to manage and deliver information, data, and analysis to help Youth Futures build evidence for impact.
This is an opportunity for a researcher with excellent data analysis, trial design and data skills to work widely across a busy and ambitious directorate, helping us understand and address youth unemployment in England.
Working with two teams in the Impact and Evidence Directorate, you will gain experience and contribute meaningfully across a range of research and evaluation activities.

About the role
The FDIO will take the lead in developing the reports, dashboards and insight that directly support fundraising growth. Working closely with colleagues across the fundraising team, you’ll build accessible visualisations, monitor performance against key metrics, and support predictive analytics projects such as donor retention modelling and lifetime value forecasting.
You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our Database Manager to improve data quality, support data imports and ensure we are capturing information effectively across the organisation. About you
