Senior Grants Systems Specialist
The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Senior Grants Systems Specialist to join their team in London or Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.
As a Grants Systems Specialist with Clean Air Fund you will play a pivotal role in designing, maintaining, and improving grant management systems and processes across Clean Air Fund. This is a systems-focused role, not a programmatic one, and will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence in grant delivery. The post holder will act as a systems architect, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, AkoyaGo, and AI tools like Copilot to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills an experience;
- Proven experience managing grant operations in a systems-focused role.
- Skilled at balancing procedural improvements with technological enhancements, understanding when a solution should be process-driven versus technology-enabled.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and grant management platforms (e.g., Akoyago, Fluxx).
- Experience in systems design, implementation, and optimisation.
- Experience of project management with an emphasis on strong follow-through from start to completion.
- Strong understanding of data management and compliance.
- Familiarity with AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot, and their application in operational contexts.
- Effective verbal and written communicator with well-honed change management skills.
- Proficient in using the latest Microsoft 365 tools, comfortable with cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, highly adaptable to new ways of working, and a good understanding of basic cyber security and data protection responsibilities.
- Experience of providing operational support in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work at pace, juggle competing demands effectively and manage own workload and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working to high standards and as part of an ambitious, mission aligned environment.
- Systems thinker with a passion for operational excellence.

Learning on Screen is looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Development (Technical) Lead to take ownership of the infrastructure, development, and delivery of our flagship platforms—Box of Broadcasts (BoB) and TRILT. You will lead a small in-house development team, play a hands-on role in regularly delivering new features and optimise our AWS environment. Working closely with our Digital Product Design Lead, you will help shape and improve services that support post 16 educators and learners across the UK.

What you will be doing
- Leading the technical development and ongoing improvement of our AWS-hosted platforms
- Designing and managing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure
- Maintaining system health through proactive monitoring, debugging, and deployment
- Writing clean, maintainable code and delivering new features aligned with the product roadmap
- Embedding accessibility, performance and cross-device compatibility in all development work
- Managing and mentoring a small team of Full Stack Developers in an agile, remote-first environment
- Supporting product design, sprint planning, and collaboration across the organisation
- Ensuring good documentation, cost control, and data protection compliance
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a senior full stack development role
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda, IAM)
- Skilled in delivering technical features from design through to deployment
- Confident leading teams and providing technical mentoring and code review
- Experience working across functions, especially with product and design teams
- A commitment to user-centred design, accessibility, and good development practices
Bonus if you have:
- AWS certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect or Developer)
- Experience with educational or streaming platforms
- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of data protection, privacy and GDPR in a cloud context
- Understanding of audiovisual technologies and copyright considerations

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.
In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
Who we are looking for
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.

The West Midlands Synod of the United Reformed Church (based in Yardley), is looking for an individual to provide technical expertise on buildings and property in support of Synod Officers, members of Synod Committees and local churches.
The successful candidate will be working to a wide brief and is expected to undertake a range of duties including, but not limited to, advising and initiating action on property issues in local churches, overseeing quinquennial inspections and manse inspections, and providing advice on property-related matters to Synod Committees.

- has experience of property matters either through extensive operational management or through the practice of a relevant profession, while holding appropriate qualifications at higher or professional level
- has some knowledge of charity procedures
- is a team player and is used to working collaboratively
