With an aim of reaching over 200,000 young people per year through our leadership offer by 2028, this role will be integral to ensuring a centre’s journey with the Leadership Skills Foundation is an effortless one.

Having recently settled into our new identity and expanding the portfolio of programmes we have on offer, this role will work closely with our Business Development team, Admin team and Quality Assurance team to ensure that our existing delivery centres are sufficiently supported to forge a sustainable leadership pathway.

We’re looking for someone to adopt a consistent relationship management process to support all staff at existing delivery centres and to on-board new centres. Organisation and efficiency, along with a clear communication style and an ability to effectively manage data are essential skills for this role. This role necessitates that the successful candidate be creative with their ideas to enable the successful relationship management of our centres, while also effectively handling phone calls, emails and queries via an online live chat function.

Role Purpose:

1. Provide appropriate support to centres when they contact the Leadership Skills Foundation.
2. Establish consistent and robust engagement and relationship management practices including logging touch points and interpreting data with a variety of our customers.
3. Respond to centre enquiries, help resolve technical issues and potential issues to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support via effective relationship management strategies to support customers with any queries and issues across the customer journey in line with the Customer Experience Strategy.
• Proactively seek opportunities to create and maintain strong working relationships with centres that seek support from the organisation via central communication channels (phone, emails and live chat).
• Provide proactive and customised centre outreach that constantly seeks to elevate the experience of existing centres including recording accurate and timely customer intelligence.
• Resolve programme/service issues, troubleshoot challenges and support centres that are having difficulty accessing resources, registering their course(s) and/or learners.
• Support centres as they work through various policies and procedures. For example, the maintain and withdrawal procedures.
• Support Business Development strategies to meet agreed objectives and budgets.
• Utilise insight and reporting systems (various) to provide analysis and updates in relation to learner registrations and other centre insight metrics.
• Ensure sales planning, pipeline and forecasting exercises are completed on a regular basis, including annual budgeting to maximise learner and programme registration opportunities.
• Any other centre-facing tasks that need completing at various times of the year.
• To carry out any other duties as requested to support the work of the Leadership Skills Foundation commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of the post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

We are seeking a Community Development Officer to lead a major in-progress project improving recognition, support, and care for people with smell and taste disorders at a local level across England. 

This three-year, volunteer-led programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund has achieved significant success in its first eighteen months. We are now recruiting a new postholder to take this strong foundation forward through the next phase of delivery. 

Over the past eighteen months, we have recruited and established a thriving network of volunteers and local groups across England. This momentum is expected to continue. The Community Development Officer will work closely with existing volunteers and groups, primarily remotely, while also attending in-person events and meetings in different parts of England as needed. 

The postholder will lead the ongoing recruitment, training, and support of volunteer groups, working with them to identify opportunities for local outreach and engagement. Together, you will ensure that more people affected by smell and taste disorders access the information, support, and recognition they need, while continuing to raise awareness of these often-unrecognised sensory impairments. 

Our volunteer groups bring together people with lived experience alongside experts from the food, beverage and fragrance sectors, and other relevant fields.

Summary

You will plan, create and coordinate clear, relevant communications that drive engagement with the new package of support for clergy around financial wellbeing. This will include supporting engagement with clergy and diocesan partners, and encouraging take up of events, tools and products. Content Management and Editorial Standards

• Curate, design, maintain and update the content of our new financial wellbeing portal.
• Devising and delivering creative ideas for digital, audience-focused content e.g. event videos, case studies etc - incorporating recording, editing, audio content etc - to support newsletters, emails and portal development.
• Work within and continue to evolve our tone of voice guidelines, to ensure our communications are in plain English, accessibly and relevant to our audiences.

The Finance Officer plays a crucial role within HDR UK as one of the key points of contact and financial support for the Institute. The postholder administers all day-to-day activities within People Services and is responsible for the accurate, timely administration of all people-related data throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. Main responsibilities:

• People administration and record keeping
• Always ensure fully compliant employee records, updating as required.

Recruitment and selection, onboarding, and induction

• Manage the sourcing and advertising of new roles, once approved for recruitment.
• Support the procurement and management of external recruitment partners and internal assessment panels
• Liaise between candidates and hiring managers, setting up panels and ensuring selection process is effective and candidate friendly.
• Ensure that any reasonable adjustments requested during recruitment are implemented appropriately.
• Support hiring managers with induction and onboarding.
• Support BC induction programmes, providing information and presenting on People Services topics.

HR Information and Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS (Breathe), record and update.
• Provide regular standard reporting on key performance metrics for the organisation. (e.g. staff turnover, sickness absence, PDR completion rates, FTE, and headcount.)
• Provide people data for funding bids as required.
• Liaise with the HRIS provider for all system upgrades and maintenance, scheduling and testing new releases appropriately.
• Participate in HRIS provider network discussions to ensure that BC is maximising understanding of the system and services provided.

Learning and development

• Support all aspects of learning and development within the organisation, including diary management, registration, and monitoring.
• Review and improve content for People Services training materials.
• Maintain and report on records relating to compliance / mandatory training.
• Deliver introductory training in areas of expertise, for example recruitment, sickness absence management and contract changes.
• Act as first point of contact for external training partners and e-learning provider, directing and escalating queries as needed.

Programme support

• Support and coordinate the delivery of the Think Equal programme across  UK projects. This includes:
