You’ll be: (Responsibilities):

• Designing implementing and evaluating a best-in-class staff volunteering programme which strengthens the Foundation and Club’s community impact.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the volunteer network (comprising Chelsea FC staff, Foundation staff and other stakeholders such as corporate partners and supporters).
• Working collaboratively across the Foundation’s Programmes, Fundraising and Club HR teams to identify volunteer needs and design appropriate roles and responsibilities.
•  Overseeing the engagement and training of volunteers, particularly those of our corporate partners, ensuring consistently positive experiences.
• Leading on coordinating, administering and facilitating smooth delivery of volunteering activities and engagements.
• Working with the Impact and Evaluation team to capture outcomes, analyse feedback and consistently improve the volunteering offer.
• Producing regular reports on volunteer engagement and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring all volunteering activity complies with health, safety, safeguarding and legal standards
• Maintaining accurate volunteer records and ensuring compliance with Data Protection requirements.
• Championing a culture of volunteering across the Club and Foundation, celebrating contributions, showcasing impact, and ensuring volunteers feel valued and motivated. 
• Providing additional support to the Fundraising team as and when required.
• Successful delivery of a high-quality volunteering programme that meets Foundation and Club objectives.
• Positive feedback from volunteers, partners and staff, with evidence of impact shared.
• Managing multiple work streams and requests, demonstrating good judgement to prioritise these.

You’ll have: (Experience)

 Experience:

• Experience in managing or coordinating volunteers, preferably within a charity, community or sport setting.
• A strong track record in successful project management and programme delivery.
• Experience building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, ideally including charity and corporate partners.
• Experience in effective administration and management of competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that delivers high-quality training, conferences, and events for mental health professionals. You’ll play a key part in coordinating sessions, supporting trainers and participants, and keeping our operations running smoothly so that every event feels seamless and well organised

• You’ll coordinate and schedule training, conferences and events (online, in-person and hybrid), liaising with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• You’ll support delivery days by facilitating sessions, handling AV/IT setup, and assisting with any troubleshooting needed during the event.
• As the Training Conferences and Events Officer, you’ll act as the administrative lead for allocated programmes, managing systems, processing bookings and applications, sending invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring attendee viability.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Events Officer to coordinate and deliver our programme of in-person and online events.

You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly — from planning and logistics to communication and on-the-day delivery. Working closely with other part-time staff, volunteers, and local event hosts, you’ll play a key role in bringing the BMS community together.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who loves making things happen, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating professional and welcoming events.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and deliver a wide range of BMS events — from scientific meetings to workshops, training sessions, and outreach days.
• Manage event logistics including venues, accommodation, catering, AV and delegate communications.
• Coordinate online events using platforms such as Zoom.
• Liaise with speakers, volunteers, and committees to make sure everything runs seamlessly.
• Oversee event budgets and timelines.
• Create promotional materials (e.g. digital programmes, flyers, graphics) using Canva or similar tools.
• Handle registrations, enquiries, and on-the-day coordination.
• Support event evaluation and continuous improvement.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years’ experience delivering successful events in a charity, membership, or learned society setting.
• Is confident running both in-person and virtual events.
• Brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Is great at building relationships and working with volunteers, working groups and committees.
• Is comfortable working independently from home, while staying connected with a remote team.
• Has experience with event tools, databases and GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Can create professional-looking event materials using Canva (or similar).
• Desirable: a background or interest in natural sciences or mycology would be ideal, but curiosity and enthusiasm are just as valuable.

Role Purpose:

1. Provide appropriate support to centres when they contact the Leadership Skills Foundation.

3. Respond to centre enquiries, help resolve technical issues and potential issues to delivery.

• Provide personalised support via effective relationship management strategies to support customers with any queries and issues across the customer journey in line with the Customer Experience Strategy.

• Support centres as they work through various policies and procedures. For example, the maintain and withdrawal procedures.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

· Lead our social media channels – including Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn – planning content, posting regularly and driving engagement.

· Create multimedia content – from short-form videos and Reels to graphics and photography – that brings our services, events and campaigns to life.

· Work with student content creators – briefing and supporting them to produce fun, relevant and inclusive content that reflects student voices.

· Support key campaigns and events – such as Freshers, elections, liberation campaigns and major SU events, making sure they are highly visible and well-promoted.

· Produce videos and digital stories – planning, scripting, filming and editing content for social media, presentations and marketing activity.

· Design digital and print materials – from posters and screens to social assets and email graphics, ensuring everything aligns with our brand.

· Create engaging copy – writing emails, newsletters, web content and posts tailored to different student audiences.

· Use insight and analytics – tracking performance through Google Analytics, CMS data and social media tools, and using this to improve what we do next.

About the role

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring Parkinson's UK is compliant with regulatory standards, charity law, and data protection legislation,

You'll oversee the charity's Risk Management Framework and manage the internal audit contract and delivery plan. You will also support the Chief Finance and Operating Officer and work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure efficient governance and provide expert advice on compliance to support the charity's strategic development and growth. 

As the designated Data Protection Officer for Parkinson’s UK, this role will work with heads of department and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that staff and volunteers are supported in how to comply with the legislation.

What you'll do

• Offer guidance on risk, governance, data protection, and compliance to Parkinson’s UK, enhancing awareness and developing a compliance culture across the organisation.

• Lead the Risk and Assurance team, including the governance support and compliance functions.

• Manage and improve the Data Protection and Information Governance environment, collaborating with technology teams to ensure infrastructure and tools are compliant, while staying updated on legal changes.

• Lead the internal audit function (outsourced)

• Lead the development of our Risk Management Framework, with clear definition of strategic and operational risks. Report to ELT and trustees on risk management. Ensure appropriate mitigations are in place, including appropriate insurance coverage.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience of advising on charity and data protection law. 

• Experience of advising on data protection in a fundraising charity context 

• Experience of working with regulators such as the ICO, Charity Commission, and Fundraising Regulator

• Experience of creating and implementing organisational policies 

• Experience of developing, implementing and managing a Risk Management Framework 

• Experience of engaging with internal audit providers on developing, delivery and completion of internal audit
