As PR & Marketing Manager, you’ll join our newly formed Income Generation and Engagement Team — a dynamic group driving innovation, brand growth, and audience engagement across the charity. With 50 years of history, Greyhound Trust has long been at the heart of helping retired greyhounds find loving homes. You’ll bring at least three years of proven experience in both strategic and hands-on PR and marketing — from planning and content creation to media relations, digital engagement, brand development and taking a lead on key events, such as Crufts and our annual Great Greyhound Gathering.

World Jewish Relief launched the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) in 2016. Today, we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.

STEP aims to support refugees and others who have experienced forced migration to overcome the complex barriers they face in preparing for and finding work. We work with individuals regardless of their background or proximity to the labour market, helping them develop the skills and access the opportunities needed to secure sustainable and meaningful employment.

We deliver STEP through both online and in-person programmes across the UK. Our work includes targeted support for women refugees, Afghan nationals, Ukrainians, and people who have come through the asylum system.

Our flagship in-person programme is delivered in partnership with a network of expert local delivery partners, including local authorities and NGOs, to ensure high-quality, community-based support.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a maternity cover Programme Manager to lead the effective delivery of the STEP In-Person Programme, ensuring participants receive high-quality, accessible employment support within their communities. You will work closely with our network of delivery partners to ensure consistency, quality assurance, and participant-centred approaches across multiple regions.

You will be responsible for a wide range of programme and partnership management tasks, including grant and contract oversight, finance, data and impact reporting, capacity building for delivery partners, and troubleshooting challenges in delivery. You will also provide line management to the STEP Programme Officer and other programme staff as required.

Alongside this, you will also be involved in UK-wide programme development work. This may include helping refine our CRM systems, contributing to MEL frameworks and analysis, developing curriculum and resources, supporting staff training and inductions, and ensuring safeguarding practices are upheld.

About you

Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is looking for a proactive individual with good storytelling skills to produce fundraising applications and reports that inspire. Role overview

City of Trees is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Engagement Officer to develop and manage volunteer experience and consultation at City of Trees’ new tree nursery. The nursery is the first stage of the development of this new City of Trees site and future National Urban Forestry Centre.

This is a brand-new post to help develop an outreach programme and activity plan to engage the local community and stakeholders to help shape this ambitious and exciting project in its development stage. As an Individual Giving Manager, your role will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the Individual Giving strategy. You will use proven fundraising techniques across print and digital to grow and diversify our programme, engaging with both new and existing audiences to support our work with children with brain injury and neurodisability.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing legacy marketing plans, utilising channels including direct marketing, digital and events. Alongside this, your role will focus on our mid value programme, producing and developing campaigns and stewardship plans aimed specifically for this audience.

The Individual Giving team are a small and ambitious team who sit within Public Fundraising and form part of a wider Fundraising and Communications directorate. The team is responsible for generating around £1m in income a year, through recruiting new donors and building relationships with existing donors, including legacies and mid value supporters. We have ambitious plans for growth and, as part of a supporter marketing remit, are developing more holistic relationships with our supporter base.

Reporting to the Senior Individual Giving Manager, you will take overall responsibility for planning, managing and delivering innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across a range of channels. With the ability to resolve everyday challenges and obstacles independently, you will be expected to deliver a range of Direct Marketing fundraising campaigns through the full creative process, from briefing to concept, through to final delivery, as well as reviewing results and making recommendations. Campaign project management:

• Plan, manage and deliver innovative and impactful supporter campaigns across a range of channels, including donor development, supporter acquisition and prize led fundraising activities.

The Role

The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative and coordination support across the charity, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a small operational team with limited capacity, we are seeking additional support to ease the administrative workload currently carried by managers and the Finance & HR Manager. The postholder will help ensure staff are onboarded and supported consistently, that key HR tasks are completed on time, and that accurate records and documentation are maintained. This role focuses on strong organisation, attention to detail, and customer service rather than HR expertise, with access to external HR advice available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Interview Administration

• Post job adverts and support recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Assist hiring managers with preparing interview materials and ensuring recruitment documents are filed appropriately.
• Carry out pre-employment compliance checks such as right-to-work verification.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Prepare and issue contracts of employment and set up new starters in the HR portal.
• Calculate and communicate holiday entitlement for new starters.
• Support new employees during onboarding by responding to routine queries and ensuring required information is collected.
• Manage DBS/PVG applications and renewals, ensuring certificates are returned and recorded. Track references
• Support the offboarding process: acknowledge resignations, confirm holiday balances, and ensure all documentation is completed.

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support

• Process changes to staff records including hours changes, contract updates, promotions, or flexible working arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR portal, including absence recording.
• Respond to day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers, signposting to the Finance & HR Manager or external HR support when needed.
• Update HR templates, documents, and policies on the HR portal.
• Monitor and track probation reviews and send reminders to managers.

Compliance, Training & HR Systems

• Track and record completion of mandatory training (e.g. safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety).
• Ensure digital and paper records comply with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing administration of a new HR system or portal. Support the annual review of HR policies by updating documentation and coordinating communication

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a busy office or operational environment.
• Exposure to HR processes (such as onboarding, record-keeping, or recruitment admin) OR a willingness to learn and develop HR process knowledge.
• Good understanding of the basic steps involved in HR administration (e.g., issuing contracts, updating records, tracking absence).

Role Description

The Funding and Insights Officer supports the Head of Funding and Partnerships (HFP) in delivering HACT’s fundraising and income generation objectives in line with the organisation’s business strategy. This role focuses on identifying new business and funding opportunities, conducting market, sector and competitor research, and generating actionable insights to support HACT’s marketing, customer engagement, and income generation strategies.

The postholder will play a key role in shaping HACT’s understanding of the external environment, including trends in housing, social impact, and innovation. Reporting to the HFP, they will contribute to fundraising applications to trusts, foundations, and corporates, support the services team in developing compelling and proposals for HACT’s research and consultancy work, and carry out desk-based market research to inform the activities of the marketing and customer teams.

About The Role

The Unity Project (TUP) supports people who are facing poverty and homelessness because their immigration status allows them ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF).  We believe NRPF should not exist and we are working to end it. Until then, we seek to minimise its impact by supporting people to make the ‘change of conditions’ (CoC) application to access public funds. However, as the number of people living under NRPF continues to grow, we know we will never be able to meet the need for CoCs. Ensuring that our knowledge and experience is shared - with advisors, support services, community groups and individuals who could make applications themselves - is vital. Raising awareness of our work also supports our income diversification strategy by building corporate partnerships and individual donations.

In this role, you will be leading The Unity Project’s outreach and communications work in order to increase awareness of the Change of Conditions process and the support The Unity Project can offer to individuals and organisations.  Your first priorities will include mapping CoC provision across the country; working with the Director to design and implement a communications strategy to engage applicants, advice organisations, corporate partners and donors; and creating a suite of CoC resources to share online. As you develop in the role, you will deliver outreach and information sessions online and in the community.
