What We Do

Rape Crisis South London (RCSL) is a specialist charity dedicated to supporting survivors of rape, sexual abuse and all forms of sexual violence across twelve London boroughs. We provide a range of trauma-informed services that empower survivors, promote recovery and help individuals rebuild their lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to generate enquiries, leads and training bookings.

The Mental Health Foundation is recruiting for a CRM Officer to support the CRM team in our London office.

This exciting role will support the CRM team with data processes in our Beacon CRM fundraising database, as we look to integrate and automate more of our systems and processes. High-quality data will enable us to develop stronger relationships with our supporters, retention and maximise lifetime value working in an agile way.

What does the role involve?

• Manage data processes, imports and exports of all fundraising data including direct debits, new donors, email signups etc. in accordance with agreed protocols and in agreement with CRM Manager.
• Ensure that the use of the Fundraising database and the capture of all data from supporters or prospects conforms to data protection guidelines including GDPR relating to supporter preferences and consent.
• Support training for colleagues using the CRM (Beacon) and help ensure all members are trained and kept up to date on new features and enhancements as they require to do their job effectively.
• Support the reconciliation of the bank statement with Beacon and ensure the Finance team know where to find information to enable accurate coding for management accounts.

Why is this position on a fixed term contract?

Having this CRM Officer role in post for a year will support the ongoing business as usual data processes, whilst increasing capacity in the team to support efforts to increase the amount of automation of processes and integration between systems. This will ultimately reduce our reliance on manual data processes, reducing the volume of day to day data transfer, which should lead to a reduction of required capacity with the CRM team beyond the term of this contract.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

• Demonstrable relevant experience working in Fundraising, or a Charity database team role using Beacon CRM or any database similar, with experience of CRMs in general.
• Evidenced experience of managing high volumes of personal data using a large and complex supporter/CRM database.
• Evidenced ability to think analytically and deliver the most effective and accurate solutions for data capture, manipulation and reporting.

South East London Mind's Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people experiencing mental health challenges to secure and sustain paid employment.

These roles will be embedded within Community Mental Health Teams and the Mental Health Hub, working closely alongside healthcare professionals and Mental Health Advisers.

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will support people referred by clinical teams and Mental Health Advisers, helping them achieve their employment aspirations through the evidence-based IPS model. You will manage a caseload of approximately 20 to 25 clients, providing personalised support from vocational profiling through to securing employment and sustaining work in line with their preference. Full IPS training will be provided. 

A significant part of your role will take place in the community rather than behind a desk. You will actively engage and build relationship with local employers, develop local employment opportunities, identify vacancies that may not be advertised, and negotiate workplace adjustments or job carving opportunities to support clients into suitable employment. 

You will also contribute to weekly multidisciplinary meetings with colleagues from Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to ensure employment support is fully integrated within clients' wider recovery journey.

Role overview 

Shine supports a community of over 15,000 members living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, including 10,000 adults (25+).

You will be delivering high-quality support and creating opportunities for adults living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their carers, supporting Shine members to lead healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives by improving condition management and fostering connections within the Shine community. 

This role will focus on adults (25+), you will be primarily working within the Adult Services Team. However, there will be occasions when you will work across age groups to ensure the best outcomes for our members. 

The role is home-based and ideally you will live within an hour commute of London, within Essex, Kent or Sussex as you will be attending clinics in London and the Southeast as required. There would be occasional travel required across wider areas and nationally including attendance at events, conferences and meetings at our head office in Peterborough. 

The role is full time 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday with working core hours 9am-5pm with some flexibility to cover events evenings/weekends.

The Company Partnership Fundraiser willgrow income from companies and organisations across the UK The role will focus primarily on employee-led fundraising and local business support, developing relationships that arise from personal connections to myeloma and growing these into long-term sources of income and engagement. What the job involves
We're looking for a Fulfilment Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in how we support our fundraisers, supporters and people affected by prostate cancer, ensuring the smooth delivery of fulfilment services across the charity. You'll manage our relationship with an external fulfilment partner, making sure services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and in line with agreed standards.

You'll join us at a pivotal time as we begin working with a new supplier. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, supporter care, health information, digital and customer operations, you'll lead on supplier performance, service improvements and process optimisation. Using data and insight, you'll identify opportunities to enhance the supporter experience, protect income and help ensure our fulfilment service continues to meet the changing needs of the charity.

Alongside leading our fulfilment service, you'll manage and develop our ecommerce function. Now’s an exciting time to join us as we work on a new multi-year strategy and expand the team yet again, bringing in new resource to give the different activity areas space to grow and ensure we can do our best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing our careers and enjoying work within an ambitious and supportive environment.

This role is new, created to focus on community fundraising which is a growing area with huge potential for PCR. We currently receive significant unsolicited income from our brilliant supporters, but there is a key opportunity to take a more proactive approach to recruiting new community fundraisers, improving their supporter experience and testing new offerings & products. You will work with the team to create and deliver a plan for this new proactive approach and will lead on day-to-day relationship management with fundraisers.

You will also lead the project management and delivery of some community-focused fundraising events. For example,our annual Snowdonia for Science event or testing new PCR-owned products which work for a community fundraising audience. We currently expect the split of time to be roughly 75% on community fundraising and 25% on events, but the two areas will be closely connected, and this split may change over time. We are excited to work with you to develop the direction of this role as the team and portfolio grows.

You will report to the Head of Events & Community and work closely with the whole team, as well as colleagues across PCR. Most of the Events team try to work together once a week when possible at our London office (Chancery Lane) but we have flexible working arrangements, so you can choose to be office based or hybrid. You would be needed to travel to regular supporter events across the UK (many of which are currently in the London/ SE England area) and to some team days in London on an ad-hoc basis. 

Key Responsibilities

At PCR, we make team members’ development a key priority and there is always a % of time available to collaborate more widely for your development and interest. However, your main focus will initially be:

Project management and income growth

• Create and lead a plan to implement a proactive community fundraising portfolio, identifying new approaches to test and audiences to target which build towards a long-term sustainable income stream, ensuring alignment with the Public Fundraising strategy.
• Design and deliver ambitious fundraising budgets for your area which contribute net income towards PCR’s mission.
• Lead the project management and delivery of the community fundraising and events activities you are responsible for.
• This will include monitoring objectives, budgets and the bigger picture to ensure opportunities are seized & risks are minimised.
• Carry out supporter data and income processing tasks as required, including on the CRM and other internal systems.
• Work with the team to create and deliver effective marketing plans which meet recruitment targets.
• Analyse results based on KPIs & supporter feedback, proactively implementing changes & improvements.
• Ensure your fundraising activities are delivered in line with fundraising law & regulations, and with PCR’s policies.

Stewardship and relationship management

• Lead on the delivery of a great supporter experience for community fundraisers in line with our Public Fundraising manifesto, motivating fundraisers to raise more and remain loyal supporters of PCR.
• Interact with supporters via a range of communication channels and in-person, attending events and presenting about PCR’s work when required. This will include travel, for which TOIL will be given and reasonable expenses covered.
• Lead on relationship management for your area, spotting potential for fundraisers to have a greater impact with PCR as a whole, and working with colleagues in Philanthropy, Partnerships, Patient Projects & across the organisation to achieve this.
• Carry out stewardship tasks using tools like Mailchimp, GivePanel and JustGiving, for which training will be provided.
• Oversee stock management via our fulfilment house and ensure we have high-quality fundraising merchandise.

Product development and innovation

• Seize new opportunities for products, journeys or events which would engage a community fundraising audience, taking a test & learn approach. For this, there will be realistic budgets & an understanding of the investment needed for new ideas.
• Stay up to date with sector trends and maintain a strong understanding of PCR’s existing (and target) supporters to create and implement products and experiences that motivate and inspire.
• Use feedback and data to spot opportunities for the constant improvement of fundraisers’ experience with PCR.
• Work to engage supporters beyond their initial activity, testing ongoing journeys and maximising their life-time value for PCR.

Teamwork

• Alongside line managers within the team, help to oversee the relevant day-to-day work of the Supporter Engagement Officer/ Assistants who are supporting your activities, to ensure effective delivery and collaboration.
• Contribute to team strategy and capacity planning.
• Work with the team to embed our agile ways of working, modelling the principle of collective responsibility.

• Draft, design, and schedule engaging, accessible content across a range of digital channels, including social media, website, sector-facing briefings, newsletters and e-marketing content.
• Monitor news coverage, maintain a media contact database, and draft media statements and press releases to secure national and regional coverage.
• Work closely with our networks and advisory groups to ethically gather, produce, and share powerful case studies and testimonials that highlight lived experiences of our areas of work.
• Maintain digital assets, ensuring all case studies and images are ethically sourced with informed consent and stored securely.
• Monitor, analyse and report on monthly digital analytics to optimise website traffic, social media performance and sector newsletter open rates.
• Develop and maintain membership processes for external networks and groups.
• Coordinate logistics for cross-sector membership groups, campaign launches, sector webinars, and network-wide stakeholder events.

Policy and public affairs:

• Monitor UK policy and parliamentary activity, announcements and sector trends to flag advocacy opportunities or policy risks for our networks.
• Summarise complex policy documents, legislation, and research reports into clear and concise briefings for internal teams, sector partners and member, and to support engagement of lived experience groups.
• Contribute to the development of high-quality consultation responses, position statements, and briefings for civil servants, MPs, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate policy activities across NCB projects and networks, including our work involving members, children and young people.
• Support the organisation of parliamentary events, roundtables and stakeholder meetings.
• Support the development of positive relationships including Parliamentarians, politicians and officials in central and local government, and other key stakeholders.
• Support secretariat work and parliamentary engagement for All-Party Parliamentary Groups.
• Maintain up-to-date records of key stakeholders including policymakers, parliamentarians, officials, and sector contacts.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine interest in policy, public affairs and communications.
• An understanding of issues affecting children and young people in the UK.
• Knowledge of UK government, policymaking and parliamentary structures and processes.
• A personal commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and anti-discriminatory practice, particularly in anti-racism and anti-ableism.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from a range of backgrounds and build collaborative working relationships.
• Strong organisational, administrative and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience of producing high-quality content for different audiences and purposes, including briefings, reports, digital content or stakeholder communications.
• Experience of creating content for digital channels, including websites, newsletters and social media in a professional context.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, interpret and synthesise information from a range of sources accurately and clearly.
• Commitment to involving children, young people and adults with lived experience, in effective, ethical and evidence-based ways.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and experience using databases, websites and digital systems.
