Job description

Enable Leisure and Culture is looking for two individuals to join teams in two of our busy departments. These roles are wide ranging and will support the departments to deliver excellent community projects and services. Based at our offices in Battersea Park you will support the day to day management of offices in either Leisure and Parks teams, and act as first point of contact for enquiries.

We are looking for highly organised, enthusiastic individuals who can manage a range of differing tasks simultaneously.  The ideal candidates with have exemplary customer services skills with a good attention to detail. No two days will be the same and your positive approach and willingness to help will ensure the smooth running of these two busy departments. You must work well as part of a team, and be able to work under your own initiative.  You will be responsible for the administration for the service including; financial reconciliation, purchasing, updating the website, dealing with bookings and responding to complaints.  For the right candidates there is opportunity to develop and grow this role.
