We're looking for a Supporter Data Selections & Imports Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our fundraising and marketing teams have the high-quality data they need to engage supporters, grow income and help more young people build brighter futures.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with collaboration and problem-solving. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and supporter data, you'll manage complex data selections, oversee data imports into Microsoft Dynamics and use SQL to deliver accurate, timely insights that power successful campaigns. Your work will directly support fundraising activity and ensure every supporter has the best possible experience.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the delivery of accurate supporter data selections and imports to support fundraising and marketing campaigns.
• Use SQL and Microsoft Dynamics to manipulate, segment and manage data, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Partner with fundraising and marketing teams to optimise supporter journeys and provide expert advice on data-driven campaigns.
• Help shape and improve processes, documentation and best practice across our Supporter Data function.

We're looking for someone with strong SQL and data management experience, a passion for data quality and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions. Salary:£41,902.62 to £51,214.32 per annum| Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.

Job Purpose:

The Information Security and Data Protection Coordinator supports MSF UK and Ireland in the effective coordination and day‑to‑day operation of its information security and data protection arrangements. The role focuses on maintaining key records, documentation and processes that underpin compliance with data protection legislation and good information security practice, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Working within the Transparency and Accountability (T&A) Team, the role supports the development and ongoing operation of MSF UK and Ireland’s information security and data protection framework by liaising with colleagues in IT, Procurement and other departments, and by supporting designated risk owners. The role provides practical coordination and advice to help ensure that appropriate technical and organisational measures are documented, reviewed and applied in a way that meets operational needs and regulatory requirements.

The post holder plays an important enabling role, supporting information security and data protection decision makers (especially the Data Protection Focal Point and the Senior Information Risk Owner) to take a risk-based approach to compliance decisions by maintaining accurate records, coordinating processes, and supporting effective governance, reporting and incident management.

This means supporting more Bible translators, growing local churches, and transforming lives. Remarkably, more Bibles have been translated in the past 30 years than in the previous 2,000. Yet, 1 in 5 people worldwide remain underserved without God’s word in their language. We have ambitious plans to exponentially expand individual giving from £1.35m to £5.6m by 2032, built on strong foundations, team enthusiasm, and expert agency engagement.

As Director for Supporters, you will provide pivotal fundraising leadership to build long-term support through regular giving and legacies while valuing donors deeply. You will guide and empower a motivated team within a genuinely remote-first organisation, recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list.
