The West Yorkshire Programme Manager will be responsible for the strategic and effective organisation of tutoring programmes delivered in primary, secondary and post-16 settings within West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for ensuring that our tuition programmes operate effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. The West Yorkshire Programme Manager will lead a team and will share with schools, local authorities and multi-academic trusts the full range of Tutor Trust services, to further promote our work.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders in schools, MATs, and the wider education sector across West Yorkshire.
- Secure and deliver presentations to school and college leaders to expand Tutor Trust’s network of partner institutions.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Operations Manager to develop and implement regional strategies for partnership growth.
- Promote Tutor Trust’s tuition services across the region and represent the organisation at stakeholder events.
Programme Leadership & Delivery
- Lead tuition delivery across primary, secondary, and post-16 settings in West Yorkshire.
- Line manage the West Yorkshire Programme Coordinator and Programme Administrator to ensure effective project execution.
- Support the Strategic Operations Manager in guiding and developing the Programme Coordinator team.
- Deputise for the Strategic Operations Manager when required.
Operational Oversight & Data Management
- Ensure accurate collection and reporting of impact data from tutors and partner institutions to support quality assurance, financial processes, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of tutoring targets and KPIs for internal and external reporting.
- Maintain accurate records on tuition progress using internal and external databases.
- Support internal communication systems to ensure timely and appropriate information sharing across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage the upload of Tuition Request Forms for West Yorkshire tuition assignments.
Safeguarding & Compliance
- Lead on monitoring and reporting all safeguarding concern processes, within your teams, ensuring all concerns are reported promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead or deputies, and helping to promote and foster a culture of vigilance and accountability across The Tutor Trust.
- Take lead responsibility for monitoring safeguarding processes within your teams.
Tutor Recruitment & Development
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of tutors in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Contribute to the training and development of new tutors, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
General Duties
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events for a range of stakeholders.
- Attend regular Partnership Operations team meetings led by the Programme Director.
- Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the role and grade.
Person Specification
Strong candidates for this role will demonstrate a solid track record of performance, possess excellent IT and English skills, exhibit strong interpersonal and diplomatic abilities, and show initiative in their approach.

- Proven experience in programme and project management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure to cope with multiple demands and deadlines, to work fast and to a consistently high standard.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general IT systems.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferable) and other software platforms (preferred).
Sector Knowledge
- Knowledge of the education landscape in West Yorkshire (advantageous).
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.

Post Title: West Yorkshire Programme Manager
Responsible to: Strategic Operations Manager
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Holiday entitlement/Pension: Holiday entitlement will be 33 days per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays), Employee Assistance Programme and access to an employee perk-based platform. Treasury Coordinator
Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, 3 days in office in central Cambridge (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days working from home (Monday and Friday).
Role Summary
FEBS Treasury Is a small department at Federation of European Biochemical Societies. The Treasury deals with all aspects of FEBS’ finances and comprises the Treasury Manager and the Deputy Treasury Manager. The work done in The Treasury is under the direction of the Honorary Treasurer, Professor Frank Michelangeli.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of finance email
- Check emails receive a response in a timely manner
- Flag complicated queries or where possible resolve them
Preparation of bills on Xero:
- Prepare payments for expenses reimbursement, goods and services invoices, prizes
- Prepare bursaries and other grants on Xero
Liaison and coordination with Fellowship and Advanced Courses Committee administrators
- Coordinate with committee administrators to ensure a smooth processing, and correct payment of grants
- Check payments are valid and have approval
- Deal with queries from grantees
Processing of receipts
- Membership societies subscriptions
- Recharges in relation to Advanced Courses
Assist with administration of Finance Committee meetings and other Treasury events
- Assist with the administration of FEBS Treasury meeting including arranging meetings and booking facilities
- Travel to European countries to attend FEBS Treasury and other meetings and events
Other responsibilities:
- Duties may evolve with time, according to requirements of FEBS.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by line manager.
FEBS is looking for someone who is:
- Diligent and reliable
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of accounting systems is beneficial, ideally Xero, although training will be given
- Confident working independently without supervision and has good time management skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Confident liaising with a range of people
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of project administration would be a benefit.
Annual leave: 24 days (plus English bank and public holidays)
Salary: £28,371, moving to £30,951 on successful completion of probation period.
Pension: employer contribution of 15% of gross annual salary to NEST company pension scheme.
Training: up to £2,500 allowance for approved job-related training eg. AAT or ACCA.

The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. Shift patterns and start times will be dependent on the needs of the business. This will mean occasions when late, early and weekend work will be required. Shift location will vary between our sites. Provided staffing needs are met, the role holder will be able to work from home one day per week
The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is responsible for the operational management of TeamUCLGyms, ensuring all members have an excellent user experience across all sites. They have oversight of operational procedures, ensuring best practice and adherence to health and safety standards. They will lead from the front, ensuring fitness programming, exercise classes and personal training are of an exceptional standard.
