Job description

Are you interested in turning data into stories that allow St Mungo’s to influence local authorities and Government to provide additional support for those experiencing homelessness?

About the role

To assist in the smooth running of the Engagement and Assessment Service (EAS), comprising Somewhere Safe to Stay, Oxford Street Population Outreach Team (OxSPOT) and Multi-Agency Hub by coordinating and performing secretarial, reception and administrative and reporting tasks as set. You’ll be working in a busy environment that aims to help individuals who are experiencing homelessness moving into safe and secure accommodation and rebuild their lives. You’ll be responsible for managing IT systems, monitoring referrals, managing incoming calls, managing petty cash, providing statistical support to manager by providing data from OPAL.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is confident in interpreting data and has experience of working in an office environment fulfilling general administrative duties. The service is fast paced, so having someone who can manage conflicting demands well and is organised will be key. We’re looking for someone who is Proactive, Thorough and Focused.

St Mungo’s contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
