About the Role:

As a Data Analyst you will play a key role in strengthening our evidence base and improving service delivery through robust data analysis and reporting. Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions, support funding bids, and help shape services that improve lives. You will work closely with operational teams to collect, cleanse, and interpret data that enhances our understanding of beneficiary needs and outcomes. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis
· Collect, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources, conducting regular checks to identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies
· Maintain and improve internal databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
· Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
· Contribute to the design and implementation of data collection processes for new projects
· Identify inefficiencies and compare service delivery against targets to support continuous improvement
· Supplement internal data with external sources for deeper insights
· Drive innovation by exploring new tools and automating reporting systems that improve efficiency and transparency
Reporting and Insight
· Prepare regular funder and management reports, including mixed-methods analysis
· Translate data into accessible insights for non-technical audiences.
· Support the Impact and Evaluation Manager in preparing for strategic planning
· Explore and assist with building a bespoke, automated social value tool
· Produce regular reports and automated dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
· Support the development of outcome frameworks and impact measurement tools
Collaboration and Support
· Work closely with caseworkers and project leads to ensure accurate and timely data entry
· Collaborate with external partners on joint data initiatives and shared reporting
· Establish monitoring for social policy data and provide insights to support partnership work and influence policy
· Promote a culture of data driven, evidence-based practice
· Provide training and guidance to staff on data collection and reporting requirements and build capacity across teams by supporting data literacy and embedding data into everyday decision-making
Systems and Tools
· Use Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools to manage and visualise data
· Explore, source and support the integration of new digital tools and platforms to improve data workflows
· Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies
Training
· Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about sector trends and enhance personal skills
· Stay up to date with legal and policy changes relevant to the sector
· Keep accurate records of training attended and share learning with colleagues
· There is scope to further develop expertise in impact measurement, evaluation methodologies, and other monitoring skills as desired
Person Specification
Essential:
· Experience working with large datasets and producing analytical reports
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
· Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles
· Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-specialist audiences
· Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities within a multi-disciplinary team
· Experience in data research and using insights from a variety of external sources, such as government data, to support analysis
· Awareness of the opportunities and risks of using AI and data-driven technologies in the charity sector
· Commitment to RMC’s values of empowerment, inclusion, quality, and collaboration
Desirable:
· Experience in the charity or public sector, particularly with refugee and migrant communities
· Familiarity with case management systems and platforms
· Knowledge of impact measurement frameworks and evaluation methodologies

· Understanding of social value and how it applies to service delivery and evaluation

Flexibility
In order to deliver the stated aims of this post, a degree of flexibility is needed and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above. This could include data, administrative and/or project support to other cross-organisational departments. Such duties will fall within the scope of the job within the appropriate pay grade. What You’ll Do
- Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports that inform strategy and improve performance.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
- A passion for making data meaningful — with a creative eye for storytelling through visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.

About the Role
As Partnerships Manager: Changemakers, you’ll lead the team that supports HOST’s global community of hosted partners (HPs). You’ll oversee all Community Support activity, ensuring partners receive the clear, responsive, and values-led service that enables them to focus on making change happen.
This role sits at the heart of the Partnership Management Circle. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team of Community Support Leads, coordinate cross-team development projects, and ensure that systems, processes, and communications evolve in step with the growing needs of our hosted partners.
Core Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management

Line manage the Community Support Team, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback.

Oversee delivery of all Community Support activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with HOST’s mission and tone of voice.

Coordinate cross-team projects that strengthen HOST’s service offer and internal collaboration.
2. Hosted Partner Experience and Development

Lead the design and delivery of the Hosted Partner Journey, from onboarding to exit.

Oversee the production of guides, FAQs, and templates that improve hosted partner understanding and experience.

Manage complex partner queries and ensure appropriate resolution in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations.
3. Systems, Processes, and SOPs

Develop and maintain all Community Support SOPs.

Support the development and testing of HOSTHub features relevant to Project Hosting.

Work with the Tech and Operations teams to improve efficiency and automation.
4. Risk and Compliance

Lead risk identification, screening, and management for Hosted Partners.

Work closely with the Legal Circle on legal requests, contract amendments, and risk escalations.

Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments and resolutions.
5. Pricing, Performance and Development

Set and manage pricing within the approved HOST fee range.

Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) with support from the Data Analyst.

Lead annual Project Hosting service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
6. Collaboration and Communications

Work with Communications to deliver partner-facing materials, including the Project Hosting Bulletin.

Ensure all partner resources reflect HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic tone.
Required Experience
-
5+ years' experience in operations, partnerships, or programme delivery within a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or international NGO.

3+ years' experience managing partner or client relationships, ideally across multiple regions or cultures.

2+ years' experience leading and developing a small team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management.

Confident managing systems, workflows, and digital tools (such as ClickUp, Zendesk, Jotform, or CRM platforms).

Proven ability to coordinate across departments and disciplines to resolve complex partner or client issues.

Experience designing, documenting, and improving organisational processes or SOPs to drive efficiency.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into service or system improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent HOST’s tone and values in partner-facing communications.

Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-moving, distributed teams.
