Combat Stress is the UK’s leading mental health charity for veterans. About the role:
The Creative Content Manager works with senior colleagues including Directors and the CEO across the organisation to manage the development and delivery of engaging content to raise awareness about the work of Combat Stress and the impact of our treatment on the lives of veterans for external and internal audiences.
This post holder will write and shape content for all formats, contributing ideas on innovative ways of presenting the charity’s key messages across all communications channels. The Creative Content Manager will ensure a clear tone of voice and house style is used across all content channels.
The Creative Content Manager works closely with other members of the Communications Team to ensure an integrated approach and consistent messaging to communications activity including online and offline, internally and externally.
The post holder deputises for the Senior Head of Communications when required, attending meeting on their behalf and acting as the departments representative as required.

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented, dynamic, and professional Engagement Manager to join our team in Aberdeenshire. The right candidate would be someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate an understanding and total commitment to our organisational values.
As our Engagement Manager, you will directly support people aged 16+ who may have complex and challenging barriers preventing them from securing a positive pathway. The role will include identifying barriers and helping to build the tools needed to remove them. Supporting with pre volunteering activity as well as volunteering placements in their local area.
You will identify, develop, and manage partnerships with charitable and not-for-profit organisations across Aberdeenshire, building an effective presence within the third sector locally. You will create diverse, high-quality, structured volunteering opportunities with charity partner organisations, ensuring that volunteering roles reflect the needs and interests of those we support. You will also support the creation of strong referral pathways into our service, and beyond it, building on a knowledge of existing provision. As part of the All-in-Aberdeenshire consortium you will be a positive bridge to support people into positive destinations such as employment, training or further education.
Key Duties Responsibilities
· To engage directly with people 16+ to understand their wants, needs and aspirations and determine the best opportunity for each person and provide the support they need in advance of volunteering.
· To support on a 1:1 basis, in person or digitally with the volunteer to create an action plan in line with the All in Aberdeenshire outcomes.
· To work in partnership with All-in-Aberdeenshire consortium to achieve outcomes and secure individuals positive destinations such as employment, education and training.
· To develop and maintain good relationships with referral partners such as The Council, DWP, SDS etc to ensure a steady stream of referrals are received.
· To Liaise with referral sources, regarding new and existing referrals.
· To identify, create and develop relationships with new charity partners or agencies to provide bespoke and tailored volunteering opportunities. These opportunities will help the individuals supported to gain experience, confidence and support them on route to a positive destination.
· To manage the risk assessment, quality assurance, and audit processes as appropriate.
· Ensure monitoring, impact and evaluation of information and data is collected and that the project meets its agreed targets, reporting format and schedule. Assist the Delivery Leader by preparing reports to funders.
· To ensure all the above is done with excellent record keeping, in accordance with compliance requirements and systems.

We are looking for a highly organised, pro-active and confident Digital Communications Officer to join our Campaigns and Communications team. You will work closely with the Digital Communications Manager to support all things digital including social media and website content, as well as coordinating digital content for EUmetriosis, a European funded endometriosis research project. It costs the UK economy around £8.2 billion every year in healthcare costs, loss of work and treatments and yet it isn’t recognised by most employers. About the Role
This role will lead Media Trust’s climate work. As Senior Programme Manager, you will run our flagship Communicating Climate programme and lead Media Trust’s work on the Diverse Voices programme. You will help us further develop our climate work and ensure our existing programmes are cutting edge and meet the demands of this moment.
This role will directly manage our Communicating Climate programme. The Senior Programme Manager will build on the success of the past five years of the programme and further develop the programme content and structure to maximise impact for participating organisations. With support from a programme co-ordinator, you will ensure the smooth delivery of the programme, including recruiting and managing a cohort of climate organisations; overseeing the budget and timeline; managing our relationships with funders, trainers and partners; and impact evaluation and reporting.
You will also oversee our role in the Diverse Voices programme, which works to amplify the voices of people and communities most impacted by climate change. The programme is run by a consortium of organisations, including Race Equality Foundation, Turn2Us and Disability Rights UK. Media Trust is the media partner, delivering communications-related training and support to the participants.
Your line manager will be Media Trust’s Head of Charity Services and the role will sit within our charity services team. This Senior Programme Manager role does not currently have any direct line management responsibilities.
Please note that whilst this is a remote role, the Media Trust team meets in-person in London on a monthly basis and regular travel to London for meetings and events is required.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management of our climate programmes, including:

Lead our Communicating Climate programme, ensuring it is high quality, innovative and tailored to the needs and priorities of climate and environmental organisations

Recruit and build successive new cohorts of climate charities, user-led organisations and community groups, supporting them through the programme to ensure high levels of engagement and collaboration

Role Purpose
As Product Manager HOSTHub Lead, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of HOSTHub, HOST’s secure digital platform for global civil society operations.
HOSTHub is the central nervous system of HOST - connecting partners, funders, and internal teams across finance, legal, and operations. You will lead the platform’s development and optimisation, ensuring every user journey is clear, intuitive, and aligned with HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic values.
Working closely with the Partnerships and Engagement teams, along with our development contractors, you’ll translate user needs into product strategy, coordinate with the external development team, and deliver tools that make life easier for changemakers, funders, and the HOST team.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who can think systemically, act decisively, and balance big-picture design with hands-on delivery.

1. Product Vision and Strategy
Lead on the design, roadmap, and vision of HOSTHub as HOST’s flagship digital platform.
Translate HOST’s organisational goals into a clear, scalable, and user-focused product strategy.

2. User Journey and Experience Design
Lead on designing the end-to-end user experience for hosted partners, funders, and staff.
Map user journeys across onboarding, finance, compliance, and reporting workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Partnerships and Community Support teams to align HOSTHub with the Hosted Partner and Funder Journeys.
Work with the Communications Team to ensure all user-facing content is accessible, clear, and on-brand.

3. Development Oversight
Oversee product design and development process, in coordination with the development team.

Ensure that all Hosted Partner and HOST team voices are included and prioritised into the platform development, acting as central focal point for all HOSThub needs.

4. Data, Systems, and Integration
Work with the Data Analyst to ensure HOSTHub captures accurate, useful data for reporting and impact measurement.
Integrate Data and Impact measurement needs into the Product Roadmap prioritisation
Support automation of key workflows across the Delivery and Partnerships Circles, improving speed and reducing manual processes.
Maintain robust documentation of system architecture and data flows.

5. Security, Compliance, and Risk
Lead on platform security and data protection in collaboration with the Legal Lead.

Conduct regular digital risk assessments and prioritise required actions within roadmap mitigation strategies.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Capacity Building
Work across HOST’s teams to ensure HOSTHub serves all service areas - Project Hosting, Hosted Grantmaking, and Capacity Building.
Develop and deliver internal training sessions to build staff confidence and skills in using HOSTHub.
Create and maintain onboarding resources, FAQs, and user guides.
Partner with the Training Lead to embed digital literacy across the organisation and hosted partner community.

7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Monitor emerging technologies and sector best practices to inform HOSTHub’s evolution.
Evaluate and test new features, integrations, and user needs to maintain product relevance.

Drive HOSTHub’s role in enabling a distributed, digital-first delivery model.

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user journey design, with practical experience mapping and optimising workflows for multiple user groups.
Experience managing or coordinating external developers, digital agencies, or tech contractors in remote environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into technical requirements, prioritising effectively across competing demands.
Familiarity with API integrations, database systems, and workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Airtable, or custom integrations).
