We are looking for a confident and driven marketer who is eager to join a hard-working and ambitious Individual Giving team. Working with different teams across the charity, you'll be planning, managing and delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of media including digital and print. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns across a range of channels including digital and print.
· Successful management of agencies and suppliers; ensuring relationships are effective and productive.

Finance and Reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.

· Non-financial KPI trend reporting - such as opt-in rates and quality scoring.

· Provide leadership, management and supervision to operational services that provide Family Time sessions, Family Outreach support and Volunteering support, plus perinatal support to families.
· Ensure that services are delivered to a good quality standard in relation to practice and performance and that services can demonstrate their impact using evidence based outcomes tools.
