Delivery Officer - End Point Assessment

Delivery Officer Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordinating the delivery of End Point Assessments for a portfolio of training providers
- Schedules assessments, plans in the assessors and completes the required administrative processes and paperwork. Attention to detail and the ability to organise your own work is essential
- Is first point of contact with our client's apprentices, employers and training providers, therefore they need to be able to demonstrate their people skills and communication both verbally and in writing
- Works as part of a busy, fast-paced team of EPA delivery officers

Delivery Officer Requirements:

What is EPA?

Government legislation requires that all apprenticeships must contain an end-point assessment which is delivered by an external assessor, independent of the on-programme training provider. Our client is an independent assessor or end-point assessment organisation (EPAO).

An EPA is an assessment of the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt throughout an apprenticeship to ensure an apprentice is fully competent in the relevant occupational standards set by industry.
