As Liverpool Zoe's Place continues on its exciting journey to a brand new, state-of-the-art hospice, and following a period of increased profile across all media platforms; now is a really exciting time to join our team as our Senior Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover).
Over the coming 12 months you will manage all of our social media content and campaigns, lead on graphic design for our fundraising and service delivery campaigns, help us to keep in touch with families, supporters and stakeholdes, and contribute to our renaming and rebrand process which is getting underway in early 2026.
Working alongside a passionate, committed and highly-skilled team of nurses, health case assistants, specialists, fundraisers, administrators and other professionals, you will help to ensure that Liverpool Zoe's Place continues to deliver outstanding care to young children with complex conditions, and their families.

Summary of the role:
The Senior Videographer & Video Editor will lead the creation and management of engaging video content across multiple channels, including social media, fundraising campaigns, and branded content. This role requires strong storytelling, production, and editing skills to develop impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.
About the Role:
- Shape and oversee the visual tone and identity of Muslim Aid’s video output.
- Work closely with senior management, fundraising, and programme teams to identify stories, campaigns, and opportunities for impactful video.
- Storyboard and record video content including needs assessments, thematical impact stories, staff/donor deployments, and fundraising challenges.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams to develop video strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support the day-to-day running of the video editing team, providing mentoring and technical guidance.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, audience-appropriate, and delivered at pace.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, ideally in a marketing or non-profit environment.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior editors or freelancers.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially social media, and how to optimise video for each.
- Strong skills in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

About the role and you
The Communications Coordinator will support colleagues across the team to deliver engaging, accessible and effective communications that help prevent child sexual abuse. This is a rewarding role in a fast-paced, collaborative team, which will bring a greater awareness of our work and help to deliver real impact in the prevention of offline and online child sexual abuse across the UK.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our digital channels, campaigns and content creation - from social media and newsletters to website updates and printed materials. Here are some of the skills we’re looking for and we’re happy to support the right candidate to grow and learn on the job:
- Confident using social media to reach different audiences and be able to design multimedia content that’s engaging and on-brand.
- A strong writer and editor, able to tailor content for different platforms and audiences - from short social posts to longer-form blogs and newsletters.
- Familiar with website content management systems (like WordPress) and ideally have some experience with paid digital campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta).
- Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks and support colleagues across different projects and teams.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to evaluate and improve communications.
- A team player with a positive attitude, keen to learn and contribute to our organisation’s mission.
You’ll be energetic, curious, and solutions-focused, with a good eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful, creative communications across our platforms and channels. Purpose
This is an exciting new role supporting the delivery of the events and partnerships programme within a leading mental health charity.
We are looking for someone with a love for events and a passion for supporting people, who is excited by the prospect of raising funds that make a difference for young people’s mental health. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and able to work on multiple projects concurrently. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional supporter experience for our event participants and corporate and community partners. Experience within the third sector is desirable but not a necessity.
As an Events and Partnerships Officer, your role is to support the planning, delivery and promotion of an exciting calendar of fundraising events, and support our corporate and community partners in their fundraising efforts.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Supporting our events programme
- Supporting the overall delivery of our events programme, working closely with the Senior Events and Partnerships Manager, Head of Fundraising and voluntary fundraising committees.
- Take a lead role on the planning, delivery and evaluation of a number of events within the calendar - which may include budgeting, liaising with third-party event organisers, logistics, risk assessment, promotion, participant engagement and post-event analysis.
- Monitor online fundraising and maintain event income and supporter records in the database, working closely with the Fundraising Assistant and finance team on processing income and invoices.
- Act as a point of contact for our various voluntary fundraising committees, supporting them with their activities, and providing event guidance and administrative support to enable them to deliver successful events and reach income targets.
- Working closely with our communications team, co-ordinate the marketing and promotion of our events programme. This will include: writing copy, building emails, supporting social activity, multi-channel promotion planning and supporter engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate on the design and production of event materials, including the development of event-specific fundraising packs and downloadable resources.
- Represent the Charlie Waller Trust at events as required which will include ad-hoc evenings and weekends for which time off in lieu will be given.
Supporting our partnerships
- Co-ordinate partnerships with community and corporate supporters, building long-term relationships and ensuring that partners feel valued and partnership objectives are met.
- Steward relationships with key people within our community and corporate partners, engaging them with the cause.
- Send fundraising materials (including t-shirts, information packs, etc.) to individual supporters, corporate partners and community groups raising money for us.
General responsibilities and duties
- Ensure that systems and processes are used as expected, and that our database is being updated and utilised as the central source of information.
- Provide regular updates on progress against agreed objectives and contribute to wider departmental fundraising reports as required.Ensure compliance to data protection, safeguarding, confidentiality and relevant organisational policies and procedures.
- Other duties as may be reasonably prescribed by the trust, appropriate to the grade and responsibilities of the post.
- Liaise with a wide variety of people and organisations including supporters of the charity, trainers and funders.
- Routine call handling as part of the wider office administrative team.
