Summary
You will plan, create and coordinate clear, relevant communications that drive engagement with the new package of support for clergy around financial wellbeing. This will include supporting engagement with clergy and diocesan partners, and encouraging take up of events, tools and products. You will be responsible for creating/maintain great online content, promoting planned events, producing accessible written materials, and designing relevant and targeted communication campaigns working as part of an integrated team with other Pensions Board functions. This role will involve building and managing relationships with diocesan communications teams, other Communication specialists within the National Church, and external suppliers to deliver timely, consistent and measurable communications across digital and offline channels.
Content Management and Editorial Standards
- Curate, design, maintain and update the content of our new financial wellbeing portal.
- Devising and delivering creative ideas for digital, audience-focused content e.g. event videos, case studies etc - incorporating recording, editing, audio content etc - to support newsletters, emails and portal development.
- Work within and continue to evolve our tone of voice guidelines, to ensure our communications are in plain English, accessibly and relevant to our audiences.
- Curate resource packs and how-to guides
- Uphold editorial standards, quality control, version control, and approval workflows
Planning and Delivery
- Work as part of a wider Pensions Board network focused on integrated communications planning.
- Working with senior leaders, to design and execute targeted and long-term communications campaigns to deliver strategic goals.
- Coordinate our email and newsletter activity, working with other teams to get consistency of message across other channels (e.g. through social media or into Church/diocesan networks).
Support product pilots, service launches, and local events.
Materials Production and Supplier Oversight
- Draft written materials: emails, guides, briefs, articles
- Commission and manage supplier-produced collateral
- Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, and template libraries
Stakeholder Engagement and Event Support
- Collaborate with Pensions and Housing colleagues to help align messaging to different customer groups.
- Support senior leaders with internal team updates.
- Act as the main communications contact for the service, working with diocesan communication teams, the NCI comms team, and existing/potential service partners.
- Collaborate with our Events Coordinator on promotional and post-event materials
Insight, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
- Use data to segment audiences, test messaging, and measure impact
- Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign outcomes
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations in our communication approach.
- Support the Board's Safeguarding policy and procedures
- Embed best practices: editorial calendars, A/B testing, and single-source content governance
- A salary of £48,557 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days within 5 years) plus eight bank holidays and three additional days (pro-rated if working part-time).

About the opportunity
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of digital programmes and services that transform experiences for people affected by dementia. You'll enable our colleagues and volunteers to do their best work. You'll report to the Head of Product within our Technology directorate. We are recruiting three Digital Product Managers, to join our Digital and Service Design Team on a 23 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Fund is embarking on an exciting digital journey over the coming years. This role will put you at the heart of those ambitions. You will take a lead role in helping us to translate these ambitions in to operational reality through improving our current digital service. The role is crucial in helping us deliver our digital strategy. As a Digital Product Manager you will take ownership of one or more of our critical digital products (and the relevant part of the service journey). That could be further improving an existing digital product like the recently launched website, or designing and developing a new digital product as part of our future digital roadmap.
This is a senior role with real impact, and you will have the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve great results for our colleagues and the wider community.
As part of the Digital and Service Design team, you will:
- Lead on the design, development, and launch of new digital products.
- Set a clear direction for your product(s), whilst maintaining focus on measurable outcomes.
- Take responsibility for overseeing the ongoing product lifecycle of existing digital products including roadmap development activity.
- Lead multi-disciplinary digital product teams, embedding best practice, whilst empowering colleagues to deliver the greatest impact.

Product Manager – HOSTHub Lead
Reports to: Operations Director (Head of Delivery)

Role Purpose
As Product Manager HOSTHub Lead, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of HOSTHub, HOST’s secure digital platform for global civil society operations.
HOSTHub is the central nervous system of HOST - connecting partners, funders, and internal teams across finance, legal, and operations. You will lead the platform’s development and optimisation, ensuring every user journey is clear, intuitive, and aligned with HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic values.
Working closely with the Partnerships and Engagement teams, along with our development contractors, you’ll translate user needs into product strategy, coordinate with the external development team, and deliver tools that make life easier for changemakers, funders, and the HOST team.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who can think systemically, act decisively, and balance big-picture design with hands-on delivery.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product Vision and Strategy
Lead on the design, roadmap, and vision of HOSTHub as HOST’s flagship digital platform.
Translate HOST’s organisational goals into a clear, scalable, and user-focused product strategy.
Define and own product milestones, prioritising features that improve efficiency, visibility, and impact.
Ensure HOSTHub reflects HOST’s values secure, transparent, intuitive, and empowering.
Reporting cadence: Monthly progress and roadmap update to Operations Director and Leadership Team.
2. User Journey and Experience Design
Lead on designing the end-to-end user experience for hosted partners, funders, and staff.
Map user journeys across onboarding, finance, compliance, and reporting workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Partnerships and Community Support teams to align HOSTHub with the Hosted Partner and Funder Journeys.
Work with the Communications Team to ensure all user-facing content is accessible, clear, and on-brand.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly user feedback and UX improvement report.
3. Development Oversight
Oversee product design and development process, in coordination with the development team.
Attend demo and planning sessions each sprint, provide clear prioritisation of activities and ensure that development is rolled out as required.
Ensure that all Hosted Partner and HOST team voices are included and prioritised into the platform development, acting as central focal point for all HOSThub needs.
Reporting cadence: Bi-weekly sprint updates; monthly development report.
4. Data, Systems, and Integration
Work with the Data Analyst to ensure HOSTHub captures accurate, useful data for reporting and impact measurement.
Integrate Data and Impact measurement needs into the Product Roadmap prioritisation
Support automation of key workflows across the Delivery and Partnerships Circles, improving speed and reducing manual processes.
Maintain robust documentation of system architecture and data flows.
Reporting cadence: Monthly systems performance and data accuracy review.
5. Security, Compliance, and Risk
Lead on platform security and data protection in collaboration with the Legal Lead.
Ensure HOSTHub adheres to global data privacy and security standards (GDPR, AML/CTF, etc.). Prioritise required actions within roadmap.
Conduct regular digital risk assessments and prioritise required actions within roadmap mitigation strategies.
Lead the incident response process for digital issues or breaches, maintaining transparent communication with leadership.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly security and compliance review.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Capacity Building
Work across HOST’s teams to ensure HOSTHub serves all service areas - Project Hosting, Hosted Grantmaking, and Capacity Building.
Develop and deliver internal training sessions to build staff confidence and skills in using HOSTHub.
Create and maintain onboarding resources, FAQs, and user guides.
Partner with the Training Lead to embed digital literacy across the organisation and hosted partner community.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly internal training and adoption report.
7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Monitor emerging technologies and sector best practices to inform HOSTHub’s evolution.
Evaluate and test new features, integrations, and user needs to maintain product relevance.
Lead user feedback sessions and platform reviews to ensure HOSTHub grows with HOST’s global operations.
Drive HOSTHub’s role in enabling a distributed, digital-first delivery model.
Reporting cadence: Annual product review and roadmap refresh.

Required Experience
5–8 years’ experience in product management, digital platform delivery, or systems development - ideally within SaaS, fintech, social enterprise, or digital infrastructure contexts.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital products from concept to launch and iteration.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user journey design, with practical experience mapping and optimising workflows for multiple user groups.
Experience managing or coordinating external developers, digital agencies, or tech contractors in remote environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into technical requirements, prioritising effectively across competing demands.
Familiarity with API integrations, database systems, and workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Airtable, or custom integrations).
Proven success integrating digital tools with finance, CRM, or data systems (e.g. Sage, Salesforce, ClickUp, Zendesk).
Strong data skills, including experience designing or using dashboards and analytics for performance and reporting.
Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO, AML/CTF) as they apply to digital systems.
Excellent project management, prioritisation, and communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Delivery Manager you will take delivery lead of one or more of our critical digital products (and the relevant part of the service journey). That could be further improving an existing digital product like the recently launched website, or designing and developing a new digital product as part of our digital roadmap.
As a Delivery Manager, your role is to support one or more skilled multidisciplinary teams to deliver value. Within the Fund context, this typically means accessible user-centred services supporting our grant-holders, staff and the communities they serve.
Your role encompasses three main areas of responsibility:
- Agile and lean practices - coaching your team(s) to maintain a delivery and learning focus, using appropriate techniques to help them benefit from being agile.
- Team health and happiness - encouraging and motivating your team(s), enabling them to focus on their core work. Building trust and managing team dynamics.
- Delivery support – this covers range of tasks: reporting progress; helping product managers develop roadmaps and backlogs; building stakeholder relationships; removing obstacles for your team(s) and keeping the team focussed on delivering value whilst balancing strong user centred design, budget and time.
While you are an expert in agile delivery and team dynamics, you’re also required to have a thorough understanding of the principles of product and service design, software development, user research, user experience and accessibility.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving and growing fundraising team with a new, ambitious strategy for income generation that the whole charity, senior management and Trustees are right behind.
The role itself is new as Cerebra looks to invest in and significantly grow and develop a new mass participation events programme (which includes schools fundraising products). You’ll work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications who has a strong background in events and community fundraising.
You will lead the development of virtual/digital fundraising events, challenge/3rd party events, in-person owned events, DIY events and our relationships with schools. In time, you will build and foster relationships with other community organisations. You will be responsible for growing the team as the programme expands. Innovation and product development are key areas of work.

Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Communities and Projects to ensure project delivery meets funder expectations, leading on managing key grant funding relationships

- Work closely with the Head of Services to create proposals that maximise income opportunities
- Work closely with Head of Customer to identify commercial opportunities and enhance service delivery, using insights form Social Value Insight to strengthen funding propositions.
- Work with the Head of Business Functions to develop commercial pricing and funding models and ensure compliance with due diligence and funder requests.
- Support colleagues across the organisation by providing proposal support, market insights and funding intelligence
Team leadership & operational excellence
- Line manage and develop the Funding and Insights Officer, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management
- Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for proposals and grant applications to ensure consistency and quality
- Establish accessible, reliable management information systems to track performance and inform decision-making
- Ensure efficient processes and systems that support high-quality proposal development, tender submissions and relationship management
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance business development processes

Experience & skills
- Proven track record in senior fundraising roles, with demonstrated success in securing and managing significant grants from charitable foundations, government, and other funding bodies

Climate Spring is a global organisation dedicated to transforming how the climate crisis is represented in mainstream entertainment. Funded by philanthropic foundations, we work in partnership with creators, production companies, broadcasters and streamers to develop projects with the potential to shift the narrative on climate.
Our team is made up of people with experience in commissioning, producing and working in development who understand the complexities of the development process, and who work collaboratively to bring the project to life. Our priority is for the projects we support to reach and engage audiences.
We offer different kinds of support to our partners, including development funding, script consultancy and connection to partners.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Development Producer, to provide development support for and oversee development projects on our growing development slate.
The Development producer will help manage the ideas that are submitted to the development fund, prepare and take part in editorial meetings, and build relationships with production companies that are serviced by Climate Spring, and help form new working relationships within the industry.
The development producer will assist the Head of Unscripted in preparing and delivering creative sessions to production companies and stakeholders. They will also help manage our unscripted contacts and prepare for community-building events with unscripted labels and talent.
You have a track record working on or developing unscripted formats a have good eye for commercially viable ideas for broadcasters streamers and online. A knowledge or experience with ad-funded content, whilst not essential, could be helpful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project managing funded TV development projects. This involves having regular meetings with production companies, industry bodies and experts.

Working with the head of unscripted to prepare for editorial and funding meetings.

Contributing to the editorial decisions made by Climate Spring

Attending meetings with production companies – remotely and occasionally in person.

Building relationships with development teams at different production companies

Working with the head of development and other stakeholders to create new IP with strong climate narratives.

Managing our submissions slate and funded development slate.

Preparing materials for brainstorms.

Assisting in the preparation and execution of events eg: Pitch Competitions, Training days, and social events.
MINIMUM ROLE CRITERIA:
Please Note: It is a requirement for this role for the candidate to be located outside of the M25 and with ability to commute to Manchester.

Passion for climate and environmental issues

Min 5 years working in content Production/development. This is not an entry level role, a strong editorial background is required.

Experience in reading and writing treatments / TV Formats

Proficiency using digital tools, including Google Office Suite, Zoom, Airtable, etc.

Experience handling confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
