The Role:
Deliver an outstanding service to residents and internal stakeholders by ensuring properties are well-maintained, resident needs are met promptly, and all interactions

Key Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities:

- Cover front of House and Reception Duties, greeting all stakeholders is a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor contractor performance and follow up on incomplete or delayed works to
ensure service quality and resident satisfaction, whilst keep thing customer informed. - Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and addressing any
defects. - Ensure accurate and thorough logs are maintained and monitored from issue inception
to satisfactory resolution. - Liaise with relevant teams to ensure all safety certificates (gas, electric, fire) and risk assessments are up to date and accessible.
- Contribute to void property turnaround by coordinating inspections, ensuring remedial works are completed quickly, and preparing properties for new tenants.
- Assist with organising and attending resident meetings, open days, and community engagement events to build positive relationships and gather feedback.
- Provide administrative support for organisational related processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident information in accordance with GDPR and data protection policies.
- Use internal systems to log interactions, raise repairs, and track progress.
- Monitor trends in customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of newsletters, notices, and digital updates for residents.
- Stay informed on organisational policies and complete relevant training to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.

Turner’s House is a small independent museum in Twickenham housed in a Grade II* listed building, open to the public since 2017. This is a key role in helping secure its long-term sustainability. The Partnerships Director will be responsible for leading all income-generating and related partnership activity (fundraising, commercial hires, marketing/PR, retail, commercial events, donor cultivation etc.), as well as being hands-on in ensuring the House is open and running smoothly, including keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing, occasional weekend or evening work). - Lead and deliver a portfolio income strategy: trusts & foundations grants, individuals (Circles and Patrons), corporates/sponsorship, commercial events, commercial hires.
- Write, prepare, submit and manage grant applications and funding bids; manage relationships with funders (reporting, stewardship).
- Identify new revenue streams (e.g. venue hire for private/events, retail opportunities, location hires etc).
- Set and monitor income targets in conjunction with the Board of Trustees; evaluate performance and report regularly.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organisations, heritage bodies, tourism, community groups and set a strategy for our Patrons and benefactors.
- Lead marketing and promotional activity to raise awareness, increase visitor numbers and attendance at events, promote venue hires, attract hires and donors.
- Oversee creation of promotional materials (print, digital), social media content, website updates.
- Use PR opportunities to profile Turner’s House in local/national media.
- Act as keyholder: opening & closing the building, ensuring security & visitor readiness once or twice a week as needed.
- Work on-site regularly to support visitor experience during public opening hours (Wed-Sun, plus special / evening events).

Swarthmoor Hall in Ulverston is a place of international significance as the birth of the Quaker movement in 1652. It now comprises the historic Hall as a visitor attraction with gardens, a busy café and shop, on site holiday accommodation and facilities for the local community. About the Role
The Marketing and Sales Lead will be the driving force behind our marketing and sales programmes for schools, bringing their creative flair, marketing expertise and sales understanding to help Learning with Parents engage more schools across the UK.

About the job role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager in our Estates team, working with a range of stakeholders and people who use our services. This is a new role working within Battersea’s Income Generation department to develop and deliver the campaign plan for a £4-6million pound capital fundraising appeal.
One of the key pillars of Battersea’s current strategy is to ensure that we continue to provide expert care for all the dogs and cats that come through our gates. One of the ways in which we do this is by investing in our facilities to ensure that they continue to meet the changing needs of the animals we care for. This fundraising campaign will help to achieve that aim.
You will work with teams across Battersea to develop a comprehensive plan for the campaign and co-ordinate the work of multiple specialist teams to deliver the campaign on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for developing a clear governance structure for the campaign, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. You will also oversee and track progress of a series of internal process improvements that support the running of the campaign.
Please note, this is not a direct fundraising position, but will support our fundraising teams in delivering ambitious financial targets for the appeal.

CPAG is seeking an AI Coordinator for a two-year fixed term to support our work in the responsible use of AI. In this role, you will lead on planning, delivering, and monitoring AI projects in collaboration with our partner organisations. This work involves the ongoing protection of CPAG's intellectual property and reputation as a sector leader. You’ll carry out regular evaluation of each project and regularly update stakeholders with performance metrics, user feedback, and impact assessments.
This new role also involves developing training materials and delivering sessions to upskill CPAG staff in AI technologies, with tailored materials for the needs of different teams. You will ‘own’ and maintain the relevant internal policy documents and processes for AI use and will oversee the use and optimisation of AI tools across the organisation. Alongside colleagues, you’ll manage risk and compliance (including legal and ethical standards) to ensure responsible AI adoption that is fully compatible with CPAG’s mission. You’ll monitor developments in AI, assessing new products for risk and opportunity, and share lessons learned across the charity.
We’re looking for someone with strong project coordination skills, experience of managing multiple stakeholders, and a keen interest in and experience of AI and emerging technologies.

The role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and values-driven HR Officer to join our busy HR team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, supporting around 150 staff and 60 line managers across the employee lifecycle.
As HR Officer, you will provide practical, people-focused support from recruitment and onboarding through to contract changes, benefits administration, and leaver processes. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, helping colleagues and managers to apply policies effectively, use systems confidently, and follow processes that are consistent and people-centred.You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate information across systems such as Employment Hero, SharePoint HR Intranet and Monday, ensuring data is compliant and well managed. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor, you will contribute to improving how HR supports staff, helping to strengthen processes, enhance systems and create a positive employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting the detail right, solving problems and improving the way things work. You will be part of a small, friendly team where HR systems and processes are evolving, so you will need to be comfortable balancing daily operational work with helping to shape clearer, more efficient ways of working.
