With our new Design for Life strategy we are embarking on the next chapter in our 260 years’ strong history of social impact, with a range of interventions to unite people and ideas to turn world changing ideas into world changing actions.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Fellowship Engagement (Areas) to help us achieve real impact by providing leadership, support and planning to the Fellowship Engagement team, in order to increase and deepen Fellowship engagement resulting in increased recruitment and retention rates.

Due to the nature of the role, we welcome applications from both London based and remote candidates.

About You

What we look for in a successful Head of Engagement candidate:

  • Knowledge of best practice regarding mobilising and sustaining volunteer-led networks.
  • Experience of high-level volunteer stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Proven experience of developing collaborative relationships working with people from a diverse range of expertise and interests.
