Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life? Are you looking for a rewarding career? If so, this could be the ideal role for you!

This is an exciting new project for two Prevention Workers to join our friendly +Choices Team.

Our +Choices service aims to protect victims of domestic abuse by delivering high quality interventions to the perpetrator to address their abusive behaviour.

The Prevention Worker will design and deliver workshops focusing on increased awareness of domestic abuse and the characteristic of perpetrators. These workshops will support early recognition and intervention, ultimately aiming to reduce incidents of domestic abuse.

You will have experience of delivering high quality training to a range of audiences both face to face and in a virtual setting.

If you have experience of working in a confidential environment where safeguarding is a priority and have an understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families we would like to hear from you.

This role involves travel across North Yorkshire, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

If you think you can do a remarkable job for us, then we'd love to hear from you – please visit our website for more information.

For an informal chat about the role please contact Tammy Bolton.

You will be joining Foundation, whose core values are: People, Integrity, Collaboration and Passion.
