Foundation Personal Wellbeing Advisor

Salary Range (pro rata if part time): CGL points 23 to 28 (£23,218.59 - £26,983.44)

The new and exciting post of Foundations Personal Wellbeing Advisor

The post holder will work as an integral part of CGL and hold a dual role of delivering Foundations of Personal Wellbeing and being and a Personal Wellbeing Advisor within the Leicestershire Area.

 No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

As a Foundations Personal Wellbeing Advisor with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

The post holder will work as an integral part of CGL and hold a dual role of delivering Foundations of Personal Wellbeing and being a Personal Wellbeing Advisor within the Loughborough area.

Under the supervision of the CGL National Team Leader and integrated within the Ingeus Hub provision, you will deliver flexibly on a rolling basis CGL’s Foundations of Personal Wellbeing, which comprises of five modules

  • The Road to Desistance
  • Building Resilience
  • Thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
  • Mindfulness and Wellbeing
  • Support Networks
  • Citizenship
  • Thinking and behaviour cycles
  • This is who I am.

When not delivering the Foundations of Personal Wellbeing you will be acting as and Personal Wellbeing Advisor within the Ingeus Hub

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
