Job description

Join our dynamic team and you will be at the heart of delivering first class support to rare disease patients as part of an innovative third-sector Charity/NHS partnership.  Working from home and within NHS specialised multi-disciplinary clinics held in Birmingham, the successful candidate will assist our Patient Liaison Officer within our patient support team to provide information, support and advocacy services to those living with Bardet-Biedl Syndrome.  This exciting role offers excellent learning and development opportunities for anyone looking to work within health and social care.

This is a permanent, part-time position commencing at 10hrs per week.

The successful candidate will live within 1 hours commuting distance of central Birmingham
