Turn2us is looking for a Contact Centre Manager to lead the relationship with the Turn2us Contact Centre to ensure that our most vulnerable customers have access to the information and programmes that Turn2us offers through the right channel at the right time.

Are you motivated by a desire to address the structural inequity that leads to financial hardship? Are you an experienced Major Donor fundraising manager looking to apply your skills to one of the most pressing issues in our society?

We are recruiting for a Major Donor Manager to join our Philanthropy Team as part of our wider investment in fundraising. Reporting into the Head of Philanthropy, this role will work closely with colleagues across the Income Generation and External Affairs Directorate, and the CEO, who are committed to supported income growth in this area. With the support of the Head of Philanthropy, this role will be responsible for developing Major Donor Fundraising into a major area of income for the charity.

Are you an expert in welfare benefits, dedicated to improving access to the benefits that your clients are entitled to? The Welfare Benefits Specialist is a vital part of the team delivering this work. We can promise that the level of impact of our work together will exceed anything you can achieve doing face to face work. For example, last year alone, 2.5 million people used our benefits calculator to understand what welfare benefits they were entitled to claim.

You will help us develop, review and contribute to the creation, maintenance, improvement and expansion of our range of welfare benefits information resources, including the Turn2us Benefits Calculator and content specifically targeting priority audiences.
With extensive, up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of welfare benefits, good knowledge of GDPR and data sharing protocols and experience of working within the welfare benefits advice or legislation sectors, and have a solid understanding in providing advice and information in the charity or social enterprise sector.
