Job description

Evaluation Manager

Research & Monitoring Unit

£31,058 per annum (Ref:  SUS2955)

37.5 hours per week – based in based in Edinburgh

As a charity, we want to be at the forefront of impact management, not only so we know the difference we’re making, but in order to make evidence-based decisions to improve our work. We support partners to help them understand the impact of their projects and programmes. Our insight aims to influence policy, practice and behaviour.

As a member of our senior leadership team, you will have proven experience of co-ordinating across distributed teams to lead qualitative and quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation, and communicate evidence and learning.

You will be a collaborator, who can work with analysts, researchers, evaluation specialists, engineers and behaviour change experts, alike. Your exceptional relationship building and engagement skills will help us embed a culture of insight-led practice amongst our stakeholders across the UK.

Closing date for the receipt of completed applications is 9am on Monday 17 August 2020.Interviews will take place in Edinburgh on Wednesday 2 September 2020.
