Job description

As Development Officer (Annual Fund and Events) you will be part of an ambitious and skilled Development team. The role involves developing and managing Annual Fund initiatives including telethons, some digital fundraising, and new forms of lower-level giving.

The postholder will also organise some Development Office events, including those related to  the cultivation and stewardship of Annual Fund donors across the UK and internationally.

Successful candidates will have knowledge and experience of fundraising and events management. S/he must have knowledge of the importance of fundraising in Higher Education.


An appointment will be made subject to receipt of satisfactory references and other relevant pre-employment checks. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary that is commensurate with their experience and the seniority of their new role.
