About the role
Come and join our small but brilliant Membership and Learning team. We have an ambitious strategy to strengthen the network through growing a culture of continuous learning, improving member insight and developing targeted learning.
We’re looking for someone who can support the team to develop, co-create, train and deliver inclusive and exciting learning that encourages creativity, curiosity and critical thinking in the areas of philanthropy and grant making. You will be involved in organising conferences, meetings, hosting webinars, managing specific areas of work and building relationships.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
This role will form an integral part of our three person Policy and Public Affairs team based in Scotland, working as part of a UK-wide Policy and Influencing team. The role will drive forward our policy projects to reduce poverty in later life, conducting expert research and policy analysis and turning this into persuasive evidence to catch the attention of decision makers and persuaders. The postholder will create opportunities to amplify the voices of older people in poverty and work to secure support for our policy recommendations in Holyrood.
You will have strong research skills with experience of turning quantitative and qualitative data into high quality, persuasive policy outputs. You will have experience developing credible, evidence-based policy solutions, informed by the perspectives and insights of people with lived experience.
You will be a skilled verbal and written communicator with the ability to engage different audiences. You will build strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders to advance the solutions needed to address poverty in later life, using your knowledge of the political landscape in Scotland and passion for our cause.

Partners for a New Economy (P4NE) is an international donor collaborative of philanthropic foundations, hosted by Swiss Philanthropy Foundation, with the vision of our economy redesigned for nature and all people to flourish. POSITION SUMMARY
The main purpose of this role is to provide day to day support to the management of CARE International’s global platforms (website and social media), monitor performance and support effective and timely communications planning globally. Main Responsibilities: - Key areas of responsibility but not limited to:
Support to Global Digital Platform Management (70%)
· Support the day-to-day management of CARE International Secretariat’s digital platforms including website and social media.
· Producing copy and graphics according to the guidelines agreed with Global Content Manager.
· Editing and uploading content to the CARE International website according to the digital strategy and guidelines set by the Global Content Manager.
· Act as the focal point for contact with the website development agency, overseeing technical upgrades and developments
· Support communications planning including management of a global external calendar with relevant dates and events to guide digital content creation.
· Support the management of social media dashboards and the elaboration of performance analysis with a view to improving outreach and optimizing content.
· Support the knowledge management of relevant materials for the digital content team.
· Actively seek out new trends and opportunities in the digital space.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required
· 1-2 years of experience in website and social media management
· Solid understanding of communications principles and approaches and excellent communication skills
· Experience working with a Content Management System, with an understanding of SEO principles. Knowledge of Drupal a distinct advantage.
· Competent in the use of Canva or similar platforms for social media content production. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, video-editing software, and graphic design skills a distinct advantage.
· Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic a distinct advantage.

· Experience in digital communications and content production for an international relief or aid organization

Duties and responsibilities:
The purpose of the Programme Officer role is to support the successful delivery of the In2STEM Programme. You will be responsible for recruitment, managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts), and managing relationships with supporters and funders. You will also support the planning, delivery and evaluation of programme activities including training and inductions, placements, online workshops, competitions and celebration events.
Your specific duties will include:
Programme Delivery
- Managing a caseload of students and volunteers (work experience hosts) from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, matching, onboarding, troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.
- Creating and developing engaging communication materials about the programme including video presentations, posters/flyers, case studies and website text and images.

Blue Marine Foundation is seeking an experienced and reliable Communications Officer to join the busy communications and outreach department of an ambitious and dynamic ocean conservation charity whose mission is to restore the ocean to health. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in leading communications for the Solent Seascape Project : a five-year, multi-million-pound conservation project delivered by a partnership of ten organisations.
