The role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover post for 1 year. The post holder will step into the co-Executive Director role with co-responsibility for Foxglove's strategy, impact, advocacy, operations, fundraising and public facing work. The post holder will work very closely with Foxglove’s other co-Executive Director and will make all sizable decisions about Foxglove together. UK and international travel (approx. 20%) is required.

Strategy, Leadership and Impact
1.Serve as a member of Foxglove's leadership team, helping to set direction across the organisation.
2.Work closely with the co-Executive Director and Director of Advocacy to align Foxglove's legal, advocacy and operations work.

Our team works remotely; this role must be based in the UK, ideally London. Our team travels every two months for team days and annually for team retreats.

About the role
We are looking for a Press Office Assistant to help us make, break and react to some of the biggest science stories in the national news. This is an office-based role in a fast-moving, open-plan team based in the Wellcome Collection building.
The Press Office Assistant will take responsibility for the logistics of this busy press office. About the role
This is a key support role at the heart of Housing Justice, providing high-quality, proactive and highly organised executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team in a fast-moving national charity environment. The postholder plays a critical role in enabling the CEO and Directors to operate effectively, requiring excellent diary management, strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate organisational needs. The role also involves coordinating meetings end-to-end, ensuring they are well-structured and outcome-focused, including preparing agendas, capturing accurate notes, maintaining action logs, and proactively following up to ensure timely completion.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
· Significant experience supporting senior leaders in a PA, Executive Assistant, or equivalent role
· Experience managing complex diaries across multiple senior stakeholders
· Experience of agenda setting and action tracking for a variety of senior management and trustee meetings
· Experience working in a fast paced, often changing environment

Administrative Assistant

About the Role
Rooted Finance is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative support to the CEO, Board of Trustees, management team and wider organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing diaries, preparing documents, taking minutes, maintaining records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with financial administration and helping to ensure effective office operations.

TITLE: Administrator
CONTRACT TYPE: Open ended, part time 16 hours per week, flexible hours negotiable

POSITION OVERVIEW
To provide assistance to the CEO, Sports Development Officer and the LimbPower board.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· To provide day-to-day administrative support for LimbPower
· To assist the CEO in all matters related to the management of the office functions
· To support the CEO and ensure the efficient running of the charity
· To appropriately collate and compile reports for board and committee meetings
· To assist with the preparation and circulation of papers for Board meetings
· To attend Board meetings and take well documented minutes to act as records
· To assist with logistics for meetings (booking facilities, accommodation, lunches etc.)
· To provide fundraising even administration support both in office and at events
· To collate the LimbPower Newsletter
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Disclosure and Barring Services administration
· Other duties as required, to ensure the smooth running of the business

Role Overview
