At GamCare, we're committed to ensuring that everyone affected by gambling harms can access the support they need. Delivering the best possible services means continually learning, adapting and improving. We're looking for a Service Improvement Facilitator who can help us turn valuable insights into practical changes that make a real difference to the people who use our services and the colleagues who deliver them.
Working across our Helpline, Online Services and Volunteering teams, you'll play a key role in strengthening the quality, consistency and effectiveness of our support. Drawing on service performance, quality reviews, feedback and emerging best practice, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into engaging learning experiences, clear guidance and better ways of working. From facilitating workshops and coaching colleagues to helping teams embed new approaches, you'll ensure that learning doesn't simply happen but leads to meaningful, measurable and sustainable improvements.
We're looking for someone who combines strong facilitation and learning design skills with a practical understanding of service improvement and organisational change. You'll have experience developing and delivering training or learning interventions in an operational environment, with the confidence to engage different audiences, influence colleagues and turn complex information into accessible, actionable guidance. You'll be motivated by understanding what works, challenging existing approaches constructively and helping others deliver their best.
