Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a weekly rota which includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays. You will also take part in our out of hours service for managers.

Join and support in leading our brand new Mental Health Service which is due to go live April 2026! The service is a step-down service, which provides short-stay, trauma-informed alternative to hospital admission and facilities. The service forms part of a wider integrated initiative for urgent and emergency care. The team will support our residents who are at risk of admission but can be supported outside of mental health hospital settings, by providing tailored support to them to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals, to live more fulfilled lives and independent living. 

In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. The Operations Manager role is a new and senior position within African Rainbow Family and will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic and operational development.

About Us

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. · Extensive experience in landscape, amenity horticulture or park operations, including contract management

· Knowledge of Health and Safety principles, roles and responsibilities

The Senior Finance and Payroll Officer provides day-to-day financial management, reporting and business partnering support across the Royal Court Theatre (English Stage Company Ltd or ESC), a charity with two commercial companies. The role works closely with the Finance Manager, Finance Director and Bar and Kitchen General Manager as well as other departmental managers to ensure financial information is accurate, timely and fit for purpose. 

A key focus will be the Catering Company. You will support robust financial controls, deliver key payroll and banking processes, and help maintain an effective operational link between the Catering subsidiary and charity, enabling informed decision-making and strong financial stewardship. 

Keeping up to date with finance and payroll software advances and integrations, the Senior Finance and Payroll Officer will also review and report on efficiencies and improvements across our finance functions.

Premises Officer/Maintenance Person – Oasis St Martin’s Village

Fixed Term 1 Year Contract, full-time post, 40 hours per week (1 FTE), inclusive of breaks 

Working Pattern: Some shift work may be required (across 7.30am until 9pm)

Salary:  £30,766 per annum (including London Weighting)

This role will help deliver the Oasis St Martins Village aims and mission by ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective site and facilities service, aligned with the ethos and values of Oasis St Martin’s Village.

What will you do?

This newly formed role will be embedded within the site management team. To be successful in this role, applicants will be required to:

• Assist the Senior Premises Officer with maintenance tasks as required to ensure a safe and effective working environment. Must be able perform basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, changing locks etc.)
• Assist with water testing, testing of alarms and other routine tasks as directed.
• Set and un-set the site alarm systems when required.
• Assist with the opening and closing, unlocking and locking of the site gates and buildings, including evening and weekend use.
• Be responsible for the security of the site when on duty including the locking of all doors and windows.
• Assist the events manager with delivery of events, particularly during evenings and weekends.
• Assist with the cleaning of the site as and when needed.
• Assist with room setup and moving of furniture safely. This includes preparing spaces to host events and functions, packing down and cleaning afterwards. And to service ongoing regular lettings.

Key Responsibilities

As our Website Lead, you will: 

• Oversee daily management, development and optimisation of the ICR’s main website — including content, SEO/AEO and technical improvements
• Work closely with internal partners to develop new pages, sections and features
• Lead a programme of ongoing content review and user training across the organisation
• Produce regular website analytics reports and deliver insight-driven recommendations
• Ensure consistent branding, accessibility and outstanding user experience
• Manage a Digital Communications Officer (job share, 1.2 FTE) and help recruit and line-manage a new Website Developer
• Plan and prioritise technical projects with our Digital Services (IT) team

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines technical understanding with creativity, editorial judgement and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

You’ll bring:

• Strong experience managing and publishing content within a CMS (Sitefinity experience is a bonus)
• A solid understanding of HTML and confidence working with developers and IT colleagues
• Experience overseeing the day-to-day running of a large website
• Skills in analysing website performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager or Matomo
• Excellent organisational ability and the skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing or mentoring others (highly desirable)

The role will focus on the overall management and development of the Settlement’s Sports & Community Centre to encourage active living, offering a diverse range of opportunities and learning activities to encourage physical health and wellbeing including partnerships and greater use of site facilities – the sports pitch, the gym, halls and large outside space as detailed in the job description.
