The role of the People Partner is to work in partnership with directors and their managers, supporting and influencing the delivery of People Team services (including employees and volunteers), particularly in relation to people management. You will provide HR coaching and consulting that delivers People and Culture best practice and commercially focused HR/People advice.

You will proactively support leaders and managers to develop forward planning and good management practice with a focus on increased staff engagement and good performance from all staff. The People Partners will be expected to drive initiatives that not only attract top talent but also foster a culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired by our unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

You will also help raise knowledge, capabilities and confidence of managers and support and drive initiatives and projects that add value to the area and are in line with the overall values of The Children’s Trust.

• Work closely with the Senior Organisational Change Manager and the other People Partners to ensure that all employees, volunteers and trustees are supported and treated fairly
• Support the Senior Organisational Change Manager in ensuring that the People Team achieves its wider organisational goals

• You will support with the development of the HR System / implementation and assist with any changes to HR processes linked to the system changes.
• You will be responsible for managing SelectHR (including OH) and all People Partnering responsibilities linked to the systems.

As our Database and Insight Manager, you’ll be the organisation’s go-to expert on data and insight. You’ll own and develop our fundraising CRM (Charity CRM), making sure it’s accurate, efficient, compliant and optimised to meet our evolving fundraising needs.

You’ll work closely with Fundraising, Finance, IT, Communications and Supporter Experience teams—helping them make evidence-based decisions, derive powerful insights, and deliver excellent stewardship for every supporter.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll shape how data is collected, used and understood across HFT. From creating dashboards to implementing data workflows, to training colleagues, your expertise will ensure our data is the strongest foundation for future growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop and champion our fundraising database, ensuring it’s well maintained, continuously improved and aligned with organisational priorities.
• Provide expert insight, segmentation, data selections and reporting for the Fundraising Team.
• Produce accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards to support campaign planning, performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
• Deliver training and system support to ensure colleagues are confident, compliant and data-savvy.

About You

You’re an analytical thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for data-driven fundraising. You can translate complex information into clear, compelling insight and you’re comfortable leading on system optimisation, reporting and data governance.

You will bring:

• Strong experience using CRM systems, including queries, exports, dashboards and workflows.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and produce meaningful insight.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills, especially when explaining data to non-technical colleagues.

Main duties of the job

The Charity Director is responsible for driving the purpose and impact of Frimley Health Charity (FHC), ensuring the charity delivers meaningful benefits to patients, staff, and the wider community. About the role

This role provides tactical and targeted support to our District teams as we seek to enable our volunteers to deliver training to both cadets and volunteers in line with the Sea Cadets Learning Strategy.  This post is responsible for supporting the delivery of the district training, including Royal Marine Cadet (RMC) training activity at Troop level. The work location can be flexible (home or office-based) requiring regular evening and weekend working supporting our volunteers by attending virtual meetings and delivering online training.

Responsibilities

• To provide functional support to our area Training Managers and District and RMC Troop Teams, ensure the district training plans are delivered, amended as necessary throughout the year, to the training plan and in line with identified training needed to best support the delivery of the Sea Cadet Experience.
• To support specific District Teams including the District Training Officer (DTO), District Recreational Officer/ Deputy District Officer (DRO/DDO), District Staff Officers (DSO), and RMC Troop Commanders (Trp Cdr) identified as requiring support under our change management process.
• To work closely with all District Officers to increase the number of certificated, current and competent instructors, and develop the capability and capacity of District Instructors to deliver training to cadets and volunteers across all Districts.
• To support the ATOs/DTOs/RMC Troops in all training matters (including uniformed and unit management teams) with a specific focus on Districts/Troops that need support.
• Support our Programmes and Virtual Training Manager with the co-ordination the of delivery of appropriate MSSC and other approved training packages (including BTEC, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award) appropriate to the age and experience of cadets across the organisation.
• Work under the leadership of our Assistant Director Sea Cadet Learning monitor performance against set targets set by the National Support Centre to ensure equitable access for cadets and adults to the Sea Cadet Experience.

• • Experience in working with youth groups and awareness and understanding on the challenges young people face.

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring volunteers.

About the role

This is a practical, delivery-focused role at the heart of the organisation. The Head of IT & Data is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, improvement and coordination of Buttle UK’s IT systems, digital tools, data processes and information security.

You will work across all teams to understand how the organisation operates in practice, identify inefficiencies, and lead tangible improvements that reduce manual work, improve data quality, strengthen security and ensure value for money. You will manage key improvement projects, coordinate suppliers and consultants, and act as a trusted internal partner who can translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.

Asylum Justice is the only charity in Wales - and one of very few in the UK - providing free legal advice and representation to people seeking asylum, refugees, and other migrants who are excluded from legal aid. With experience in delivering events, you may have worked for charities before in similar roles. Your role will be to oversee the planning and delivery of our community events, including on-the-day logistics in person and virtually. You will also develop post-event follow-up with participants and strategically evaluate our community events programme, working with the Community Partnerships and Events Lead. ILPA is a charity and professional membership body working to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law. Our training programme is a core part of our work and one of our largest income streams. In 2024/25 we delivered 67 courses and conferences to more than 2,300 practitioners across the UK, supporting lawyers, caseworkers, advisers and organisations working with migrants.

We are recruiting a Training Manager to run this programme end to end. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisation, confidence with digital platforms and the ability to work with experienced external tutors. The post holder will shape the training calendar with support from the Training Advisory Board and maintain ILPA’s reputation for high-quality, practitioner-led training.

Key Responsibilities

Programme planning and development

• Build and manage the annual and quarterly training schedule
