Job description

Street League work with young people, progressing them into employment, education and training by engaging them through football, fitness, dance fitness and rugby. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 years’ olds from disadvantaged areas) progress from our unique sport/fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training.

We are a growing organisation and currently operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, North West of England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and extensively across Scotland.

We are recruiting an HR Manager which will be located in North of England / Scotland Central Belt, but will work across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, professional & efficient generalist HR support service across all Street League locations; including recruitment & retention, performance management, disciplinary & grievance, employee communications, training & development, employee relations/ legal, remuneration & benefits and employee engagement, in line with Street League’s people strategy and organisational values.

This multi-site operational role supports the achievement of Street League’s business objectives by coaching and supporting Managers and Team Leaders with their people management issues, delivering HR projects & initiatives and identifying and resolving key HR issues.
