You will be joining an established team of fundraisers made up of Senior Philanthropy Managers, Philanthropy Managers and Philanthropy Officers. You will have experience of delivering against financial targets, along with the ability to translate complex information into a compelling ask in both verbal and written form. As a Philanthropy Manager in DARO, you will be innovative, self-motivated, and take ownership of fundraising opportunities in this area and generate significant gifts for amazing philanthropic projects. You will have an enthusiasm for building relationships, the skill to interact with high-level donors and supporters, and the ability to showcase the sector-leading academic research to a range of audiences.

Corporate Partnerships are a key area of growth for Noah’s Ark Fundraising and is pivotal to not just income generation but also brand awareness for the work that we do. The role feeds into our Major Donor and Corporate income streams. Philanthropy & Partnerships is a real area of expertise for Noah’s Ark, with much scope for further growth.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will work in close collaboration with the Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager and build a cohesive way of working to ensure that we are maximising impact for the charity and its beneficiaries.

Purpose - The Corporate Partnerships Manager works with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, steward existing relationships, and develop a healthy corporate prospects pipeline in order to achieve agreed income targets.  The role is also key in delivering our special events and campaigns in collaboration with our Special Events Manager. This includes our annual matched-funding campaign, The Winter Ball and the Noah’s Ark Golf Day – which most recently raised £1m, £400,000 and £104,000 respectively.

AmplifyChange has an exciting new job opportunity for a Grants Manager to join our dynamic team of dedicated sexual and reproductive health and rights specialists. The Grants Manager will be responsible for accompanying grantee partner organisations through the grant making process; from assessing funding applications to providing performance and risk oversight for a portfolio of SRHR advocacy grants. In addition, the Grants Manager provides technical expertise for grantees on organisational strengthening and advocacy and campaigning. Key to the role is the sharing of knowledge across the portfolio and monitoring of grantee partners. Job holders will work closely with the team of Grants Officers to ensure grants move efficiently through the grant management cycle, alongside the broader AmplifyChange team. The Grants Manager reports to the Head of Grant making. Fluency in French is essential for this role due to AmplifyChange operating as a bilingual fund. In addition to this, we are looking for experience in Francophone Africa and/or the Middle East. We are also looking to complement existing team skills with knowledge and experience working on SRHR Advocacy themes in particular youth programming/ activism or any of our crosscutting things eg climate justice, mental health and pleasure based sexual health.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage a portfolio of international grants, ensuring compliance with internal procedures

2. Provide high quality technical SRHR support and coaching to groups to support them throughout the grant including  preparing for contracting and regular performance reviews

3. Collaborate with the team to support the development and management of new grant calls

4. Screen and review grant applications and budgets against pre-defined criteria to recommend whether a grant application should, or should not, be reviewed by the independent Technical Review Panel

5. Maintain oversight of financial and contractual compliance of a portfolio of grants

6. Work closely with the Grants Compliance Team and Grant Operations Team to ensure smooth processes

7. Identify and contribute to lessons learning and knowledge sharing among grantees and support external communications of AmplifyChange supported grants

8. Provide ongoing technical expertise to political and situational analysis of SRHR in the relevant countries

9. Represent AmplifyChange as necessary to support outreach and learning with civil society, donors and potential donors

10. Provide inputs to organisational strategic development and review of progress

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Head of Grant Making. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model which would include coming to the office at least once a week. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa sponsorship for this role and can only accept applications from those with proof of the right to work in the UK. Requests for flexible working arrangements will be considered. International and national travel will be required.

Main Purpose

To lead and manage Aurora’s vision for retail whilst creating a warm, professional, and inclusive environment for customers and volunteers. The shop plays a vital role in generating income to support Aurora’s charitable work for people living with cancer.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Retail Manager will be part of a diverse team encompassing health and wellbeing, hospitality, heritage and support services. This is not a typical charity retail role as the shop is uniquely situated within a wellbeing and heritage centre that also includes a Tearoom, Gym and Community support facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a truly community-focused retail space, where creativity and innovation can be used to make the most of this historic and distinctive setting.

The Retail Manager will play a key role in the retail transformation, setting up the new shop, recruiting the team, training and establishing best practice and standards; bringing the retail vision to life.

About the role:

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research like the National Centre for Accessible Transport.

We are now recruiting for three Transport Solutions Managers, one permanent position and two 24 month fixed-term contracts. These roles will lead the design and delivery of high-impact work focused primarily on accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging – a key priority for the Foundation. This is a pivotal role that combines technical understanding, programme delivery, and stakeholder leadership, and is designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.

While your core focus will be on EV charging, you also may be expected to lead and/or contribute to other transport projects across the transport themes.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people, and to work on some of the most complex and impactful projects in the sector.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of accessible EV charging initiatives, working closely with Programme Directors and partners across government, industry and the charity sector.
• Scope, commission and manage projects related to EV charging – such as pilots, commercial partnerships, research studies or funding opportunities – ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.
• Bring technical and market understanding of EV charging (e.g. standards, installation, interoperability, user experience, accessibility requirements) to shape the Foundation’s approach in this space.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of specific initiatives, including planning, budgeting, due diligence, contracting, risk management, and governance reporting.
• Use insight, evidence and stakeholder engagement to shape new programmes of work and ensure delivery reflects the needs of disabled people.
• Work flexibly across our matrix team, contributing to projects or funding rounds outside your own portfolio as needed, and supporting colleagues with specialist input or delivery resource.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including OZEV, DfT, BSI, chargepoint operators, local authorities, disability organisations and industry experts.
• Collaborate across the Foundation, including with the Insight & Evaluation, Finance and Communications teams, to ensure high-quality delivery, learning and visibility of our work.
• Bring and apply knowledge in key areas as accessible transport, disability, inclusive innovation, grant making or systems change.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of our delivery models, funding mechanisms and ways of working.

Your experience:

Must haves:

• Experience managing complex projects, ideally in EV charging, transport, or energy sectors.
• Ability to translate technical or policy insight (e.g. standards, user experience, accessibility, or engineering considerations) into practical delivery and funding approaches.
• Experience managing projects or funding opportunities from inception through to delivery, ideally across multiple partners or suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across government, industry, and the charity sector.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple, complex workstreams to deadlines.
• Strong analytical capability, able to interpret data, research and qualitative insight to inform recommendations and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports, business cases, and presentations for senior audiences.
• Confident IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of EV charging systems, standards (e.g. PAS 1899), and market dynamics.
• Experience working alongside government, local authorities, or industry partners on projects.
• Familiarity with innovation or funding mechanisms such as pilots, challenge funds, co-design, or commissioning frameworks.
• Understanding of wider disability and transport issues, such as the social model of disability and key accessibility barriers.
• Experience supporting or line managing others in a team or project context.

Summary of the role:

The Country Finance Manager (CFM) will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all financial management, compliance, and risk control functions for Muslim Aid’s Sudan Country Program. The role ensures financial integrity, accountability, and effective stewardship of donor resources in alignment with Muslim Aid’s global policies, donor regulations, and Sudanese legal frameworks.

As a key member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT), the CFM will contribute to strategic decision-making, institutional strengthening, and the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective humanitarian and development programming.

About the Role:

1. Oversee the implementation of robust financial systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both HQ and donors.
3. Oversee cash flow management, fund requests, and banking operations to maintain optimal liquidity.
4. Ensure project financial reports for donor and partners are prepared according to donor requirements; submit reports to the regional office for review prior to submitting to the donor.
5. Coordinate with the auditors to complete required statutory audits.
6. Support Program Managers to strengthen networks in the Muslim Aid Sudan’s collaboration areas. 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Educated to bachelor’s degree level. Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant.
2. Understanding of development programmes design, implementation, and evaluation.
3. Experience of successfully financial management and dealing with institutional donors and international donors.
4. Proven experience and knowledge of effective budgetary control and grant management.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels.
6. Strong and well-developed analytical skills coupled with experience of writing quality proposals and reports. Strong analytical abilities.

We’re recruiting for a Process Improvement Lead in our Evidence and Impact team.

In this role you will help make sure that the Evidence and Impact team is working effectively so that we deliver a brilliant service for community organisations, colleagues and external partners.

You will proactively identify improvement opportunities within our UK-wide team.  Putting the voice of the users at the forefront of your work, you will help our team fully understand the needs of customers. You will coach and challenge us to continuously improve by assembling multi-discipline groups to undertake root cause analysis, gather user experience and design new processes. The processes you build will support stronger cross-team working, reduce duplication and deliver time savings and efficiencies for colleagues at all levels.  They will also help us make better use of established and new technologies to improve how we work. 

As an active member of the Evidence and Impact leadership, you will help build a continuous improvement culture across our whole team.  Mentoring and supporting others will be a critical part of the role, as you support colleagues to grow their own skills and build experience in continuous improvement.  

We’re looking for someone whose enthusiasm and energy can help our team reach new heights. You will bring extensive experience of delivering meaningful long term changes through continuous improvement projects.  You will be able to pair this with a solid understanding of methods such as six sigma, kata or vanguard and excel at applying them to a service context. 

Finally, you’ll be comfortable working across a complex organisational landscape, ideally with experience of delivering in a UK context, and you will relish taking on process challenges that span multiple departments.  You will bring the skills and experience to translate our overall strategy into efficient processes that deliver real benefits for communities and our own team members.

We provide free, after-school literacy support to children who are falling behind in class and who have fewer opportunities for additional support due to their personal circumstances than others. Founded in East London, Literacy Pirates’ programme now runs online and serves children anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify trusts, foundations, and other funding opportunities to grow Literacy Pirates’ funding base. 
• Develop a pipeline of high-quality funding applications to meet agreed income targets. 
• Write or generate compelling funding proposals and grant applications, drawing on organisational impact data and stories
• Place AI tools at the centre of routine content generation for applications and reports. 
• Build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with funders, ensuring effective stewardship at all stages. 
• Attend conferences and networking events, and arrange funder visits, meetings. 
• Track progress against targets and provide regular updates to the Head of Development.
• Provide support and leadership to the broader fundraising team 
• Contribute to the development of the charity’s wider fundraising strategy, ensuring trusts and foundations income complements individual giving, corporate partnerships, and community events. 
• Work with the Education and Comms team to ensure the right impact data and case studies are available to strengthen proposals and reports and contribute to organisation’s marketing work 
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of applications, grants, and funder communications in the CRM system. 
• Monitor sector trends and share insights on funding opportunities and best practice.

As the primary contact for partnership development, you will play a central role in shaping and funding our multi-year programmes, while also leading on high-value, short-term opportunities connected to our Cambridge Science Park site and outreach hubs such as Inspire Wisbech. Your work will balance immediate income generation with the cultivation of long-term strategic
relationships that advance CSC’s mission and regional impact.
